...Man Of Steel..., 02 May 2016HTC 10's camera is better than The S7's.Sure. If you're the type of person who believes that a donkey is better than a racing horse.

Well I am just waiting for nexus by HTC to release, if this year nexus don't work out on good audio output, I will go for HTC right away
Grey1213, 02 May 2016Samoled doesn't have burn in and has a much longer life span than normal amoled. Vr isn't that... moreEverything except true colour is correct. The colors are too much vivid and it could be pleasing our eyes, but far away than natural and real. That is the only reason to move towards LCD. One more thing many people wont mention (which I experienced with all amoled and samoled) is the high contrast which irritates eyes if we continue to use amoled for a long time. light is too sharp and mix with real dark hurts the retina. LCD is very natural and you can stare at the screen much longer. I am trying to get rid of samoled soon (might be iPhone 7 if they implement OLED)
I think people are fighting over something obvious.
Samsung has a better phone overall! I have S6, not yet decided to go with S7 or HTC10.
I have the tendency to support the underdog, but there's a small problem, and an obvious 1!
the PRICE! paying 50$ more is not a good strategy to change the tide!
Samsung is tested and proved to be a very capable device now if HTC wants to compel Samsung users to go back to HTC, has to offer something much more compelling than marginally better sound(if we count everything equal, camera!, screen!, size!, etc...

Qxdir, 01 May 2016I'd rather buy the Huawei Nexus 6P which is better and cheaper! Then what are you waiting for?
Rohit12, 01 May 2016HTC design is very old. I would rather buy Galaxy S7lol
Compare s2 with s3 , s3 with s4, s4 with s5, s6 with s7. Only sensor dots change their places. Think before speak

And t... moreSamoled doesn't have burn in and has a much longer life span than normal amoled. Vr isn't that popular. So why do you prefer LCD exactly? You just stated the generic cons of amoled and some of them don't even apply. Is it really worth not having the pros of samoled? Even Apple is going with samoled.
It has better battery efficiency, infinite contrast, the most accurate colours, etc. Is that really worth giving up because you may notice the display depreciating after 5 years?
Good poll. Even HTC 10 is an excellent phone and I appreciated it in last poll, it is important to know how many people are getting it. Because, it is very difficult to convince someone to buy a top tier android phone other than s7/s7 edge. I am getting s7 edge or wait until note 6. If it had waterproofing, I would have considered it. Just wished the camera in s7 was better, because compared to g5, detail is much lower. Even Z5 stills are better than s7. So maybe waiting for note 6 and hope it will increase the resolution and more importantly details.

Not to mention it is SAMOLED which is currently crowned as the best display by displaymate.
If you say they're biased, then I'd be glad to see some raw data contradicting their statement. Not just your personal opinions.
And also, Jaime will kill Cersei. It's hinted on the 4th book.

Burn-in is a very real problem. And there's also the problem of the blue subpixels reaching its lifespan faster than others, making your previously accurate display look warmer over time. Plus, the PenTile Matrix of the AMOLED isn't very well suited for VR; it makes the content look grainy. And sure, AMOLED has a much better efficiency, super deep blacks, and all that jazz, but I'd choose the more tested and mature LCD technology.
Anonymous, 02 May 2016HTC 10 is on par with the s7 when it comes to the camera, they tested it already HTC 10's camera is better than The S7's.

Having better battery life is also a good thing. Both cameras are better in low light and have better autofocus, the two areas where modern smartphone cameras struggles and the most important place for improvement.
The display is better. Its more accurate, more vibrant and has better viewing angles. The only people who prefer LCD are people who don't know what they're talking about.
There is also nothing wrong with touchwiz.
But yeah, you've shown that if you're a total fanboy you might still like the HTC 10.

This is easily the best device HTC have released since the Nexus One
mobilediwana, 02 May 2016samsung s7 is lagfree i m ussing it....u think ur friend use jackass phone like htc useLol, how can it be lag free with tons of junks, bloatware and duplicated apps on that laggy Touchwiz?
I still prefer HTC implementation of Android with minimalistic, clean and clutter free HTC Sense UI.
