Wow, this is shaping up to be a dream phone. If only the touch is as good as one hopes, the UI is responsive enough and the developer community provides support to Symbian^3 !!!

Why should I worry about the browser or OS?
there's a lot of hackers out there that will do Custom firmware like PNHT and XDA that will overpower the phone
What I need is the hardware itself and fine tuned camera software.
Not only that, nokia has software update as always. Im very much impressed wt all those sample pictures. great!

You want DivX, nobody stops you to intall a third party app. You want a better browser, you have Opera, Skyfire and a lot of other browsers to choose from. Impressive foto/video quality anyway.
