AnonD-533605, 04 May 2016its getting so confusing with xiaomi.....redmi, redmi note, redmi note pro, mi max.....crazyWhatever starts with redmi is a budget friendly device like redmi1s, redmi note and whatever starts with Mi is the best Xiaomi can produce, eg. Mi5, Mi Note.
I think it is fake because capacitive buttons are not in Xiaomi design and there is no volume rocker and power button on right side
AnonD-533605, 04 May 2016its getting so confusing with xiaomi.....redmi, redmi note, redmi note pro, mi max.....crazyYou are right, too many variants. It seems the flagship phone with budget price is only marketing and flash sales. Hardly few people will get the phone during flash sales and create hype. And then create grey market to sale the phones at higher rate to earn more profit.

Why they put mediocre internals for something named "MAX"? Xiaomi is really xiao me.. (crazy me)
No physical button like Mi5 ? Pass... zzZzZ
The Mi Band 2 looks interesting though, hopefully selling below $30.
Gon-j, 03 May 2016I second that. When i saw that '652' i was like "woah woah wo-why...""650"
A home button in the middle and bang, just another galaxy A5/A7 from the front..
It's better fit if this device had its name renamed to "Redmi MAX " as it shares hardware with Redmi note 3
AnonD-530807, 03 May 2016The specs are meh. I hope it's light though (weight).Spec are on par with lg g4 so .. No big deal
