so again... ppl saying that iPhone is just copying stuff, look who's actually copying. both RIM and WinMo.
actually, the copying all started when iPhone was released.

Anonymous, 14 Jul 2010First RIM, now Microsoft copying the more advanced smartphone features the iPhone has had for ... moreNo since Apple has already done that I guess No one else can at the fault of being unoriginal. I guess Iphone shouldn't have had cameras in their phone since they were not the first to do so either.

Still not sure if I want iphone, android or WP7. Don't want to be associated with idiots though i'm sure they are the minority.
I like the choices though. Competition is good for iphone, android etc users too.

First RIM, now Microsoft copying the more advanced smartphone features the iPhone has had for over a year using MobileMe.

Will it also copy the make a sound when on silent, too?

I would be interested to know the justification for the statement that "the WinMo 6.5 market share [is] bordering on insignificance". HTC, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and LG all offer at least one WinMo 6.5 device. HTC recently announced record profit growth. If HTC has revealed the detailed breakdown of which of its products contribute what to its profits then the statement is fine but if not then you cannot say with any confidence that the marked share is insignificant.

                    sync with windows PC only?
Microsoft had blocked itself from the linux and mac users.
                    I wouldn't get a windows phone anyways.
I'm allergic to M$ and their monopolistic attitude.

winmo 7 will be an excellent OS but it should beat its main rival Android because android 3 will be available few month after winmo 7

I can't wait for this! I'm looking forward to all WP7 phones having similar specs so all apps work on all WP7 phones unlike Android.

This looks pretty impressive. If it works as well as its projected, then it'll be tough to beat. Considering so many major companies use Microsoft office, to have a phone that'll allow a seamless transition from one work platform to another is pretty amazing. My life runs on MS Office, and yeah the little apps, I've got on my BlackBerry make due, it'll be interesting to see what this OS's capabilities are, along with the alarmingly powerful devices that'll probably be developed to really show what it's able to do. I really can't wait
