[deleted post]What sort of office has one PC among 4 staff?

I'd be worried about my job if I were you, the writing's on the wall, you'll be lucky if they can make enough to pay you.

On June 25th, I bought 1 apple iPhone 4 in radioshack w/ 2-year plan, because I chose the cheap plan, the sales said mean words.
They told me there was $20 promotion accessory credit, I feared trick and tried to refuse it, then they became angry and threatened if I did not want the $20 credit to buy accessory, I may not allowed to buy the iPhone 4. I asked if they could credit it to my 1st bill, they said no, I have to buy $20 cover. They did not read or show me any terms and just asked me to sign twice to agree the terms.

After back home, I found something which made me angry. They did not show me any terms, they just asked me to slide my card twice and ask me to sign twice on screen without terms. I did not even know how much I was charged twice, but on the receipt I found such terms:''I agree the retailer may charge my credit card $400 for iphone, $200 for other accessory if buyer terminates the agreement in addition to the ETF($325) charged by carrier.”
I also found yahoo official news reported that the signal reception problem of iPhone 4 besides the tricky terms, so I decided to return
    Return(same day):
2nd day, the sales completely checked the phone & agreed to return the phone. But I said I also want to return plan, they got angry and said they cannot work for nothing. The sales told me I have to call ATT to cancel, yet ATT said they cannot unless called by store. During this, the male sales Rashad asked me "can I check the phone", and completely checked all functions and confirmed everything good. After 40 minutes talk with att, sales still refused to refund. They closed the store and refused to give me a receipt.then I have to leave without the phone and receipt .

    June 26th:
This morning, att told me the radioshack agreed to return. But when I arrived,
This manager took out the iPhone under counter and told me there was a very small dent on surface, I found the screen cover is removed. I told manage yesterday both of sales completely checked the iPhone and they confirmed the iphone is good and agreed to return the iPhone.
Even Att knew that no terms showed and the signal problem reported on news, even att knew it’s only a small dent, even att knew I have proof that there is no dent at return, yet ATT agent Rebecca still left the decision to store-refuse refund.

Now at&t agent Rebecca said she will send me early termination fee bill, if ignored ,she will send the info to collection agency. Radioshack still have the phone & no refund.

When your finger or hand touches a spot on the phone's lower left side the signal can significantly degrade enough to cause you to lose your MIND.

Steve jobs is a genius and a master at knowing what we want and whats best for us iphone users we are completely satisfied with the iphone since the iphone 2g. This network problem isn't big he'll probably give us external antennas which can be easily attached to our heads so that all of you haters will know that we are followers of master steve jobs. Any problem with that :-p?

I think all those that hail i-steve should remember that all companies need to think about their bottom line before anything else.

If you consider this then iP 4 owners should not expect a miracle fix in the form of a recall or other major fix. Afterall, this is not life threatening unless you really ,really love your ip4 in which case you might be at risk of contracting some sort of genital cancer rather than brain cancer.

As the saying goes, "i-phone owners like to wait in line to order their phone the day before and they like to wait in line to repair them the day after".

This is good, new software update.
No where has apple said there's an antenna problem.

They are just announcing new awesome things like the software, maybe iphone 4g info.

In June, Steve Jobs told one of the first customers to complain about the iPhone 4's antenna that he was holding the phone the wrong way, a comment Jobs probably regretted as soon as he hit SEND. Apple is probably having second thoughts about the July 2 "letter to iPhone users" that attributed the drop in bars to a software glitch -- an explanation Consumer Reports' testing called into question.
