Be careful. Apple has private agents checking on you right now that you've uncovered their secret behind this video. They have partnered with Xavier, and he's using cerebro to track you down.
Every phone suffers from attenuation if hold around the antenna with your whole hand. I think the point is that the iPhone losses receptions if you touch the antenna with only one finger.
Put your whole hand around any antenna and it will suffer reception problems; touch it with one hand and it shouldn't.

XXXXXX, 21 Jul 2010@ they will find one? They may and they may not. But we know that what's causing the problem is that lower left corner where that black strip is. Some say, a thin invisible coating would fix it. But if ever Apple does remedy this issue, this new antenna design would be a true innovation. They did good for their first try. It will only get better from here. Question is. What if Apple does perfect the external antenna design? It does offer a lot of benefits. Would the other follow suit? But didn't they highly criticize this design? They would eat their words and ruin their reputation if they attempt their own external antenna designs. So I guess the iphone will be the only device enjoying all the free internal hardware space that this design frees up, while others are stuck cramping antennas internally :)

Steve Jobs behaves like an upset teen girl. Haha..
He is desperately trying to pick on everyone. His iPhone had a problem which caused concern. Other phones simply work. Whatever drop may happen in other phones, it was not a problem like with iPhone.
Steve, better spend your energy fixing the real problem with the iPhone!
Anonymous, 21 Jul 2010I think there are several countries that sell the iphone unlocked. And does it really matter?... moredo you think the iphone 199 - 299 dollars unlocked is the actual price.......it's still subsidized and no one these days wants to pay full for a phone cause they are too cheap or they don't know that paying full for a handset is cheaper the a subsidized phone on contract
