Problems with new update 6/7/17 for my US Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7.. Software Update G930PVPS4BQE1/G930PSPT4BQE1/930PVPS4BQE1
I did a software update and now I cannot see and have lost access to all applications. The print on my phone is extremely large. I can barely get my phone unlocked and when I do, it runs so slow that the screen times out. When it's not timed out I keep getting pop ups about all of the different software and application malfunctions. HELP!?

People, It's all very well complaining that the new software updates you have downloaded and installed have "wrecked" your s7 or saying that you are having difficulty typing because the Samsung keyboard isn't working properly etc etc, but you are not giving us all the information. If you could for instance let us know the Software Version you have installed that has caused your s7 to have problems .... that might help other users to make the decision as to whether they want to download and install the update or not.

Ileyza, 05 Jun 2017I have always had a samsung but this update is the worst with my S7 edge from belgium. Layout... moreHi lleyza, Some of the problems you are facing can be corrected by simply going in to settings. For instance, size of text, and your complaint about having to scroll twice just to adapt the brightness is so simply remedied as follows: Pull down the drop down menu twice, then on the right hand side of the brightness control (slider) you will see this symbol \/
touch that symbol and it opens up the brightness menu. Within that menu you can 1, adjust the brightness 2, switch on Auto brightness and 3, switch on "SHOW CONTROL ON TOP"
touch that button to turn on the feature and you will have your brightness control at the top of your screen by pulling down the menu just once.... I have noticed a lot of unfair "complaints" about the s7 and s7 edge that have come about because users are not checking and using the menus within the phone correctly.

I have always had a samsung but this update is the worst with my S7 edge from belgium.
Layout, colors, letters, favourite list, it's all bad.
Cann't find back a lot of things like how to put pictures on micro sd card, cann't get into my files, i get error each time.
You tube and instagram stops frequently when i'm in the app.
Wifi shuts down frequently.
To adapt the brightness of display i have to scroll down twice on drop down menu in stead of once which was befor update.
The whole updat is really a disaster, want my phone back !!!!

EviLAnGel Dua, 04 Jun 2017r u the only sensible person here? i wish other people understood this simple language! lol ... moreI know and understand what you mean, people complain or ask for help but only give you half the story which makes it impossible to help them. By the way I personally know 13 people with the Galaxy s7 (eleven of whom are in the UK, one in the USA, and one in France) and NONE of these people have ANY issues whatsoever with this model! Good luck EviLAnGel Dua
