after the update happened on s7 my phone has blanked out and wont show me the screen or anything it has showing the nonifications by the blinkning blue light but wont allow me to see or get into my phone
WORST UPDATE EVER.
After last update (installed on 4th Jan 2017)
* when I click links on Whatsapp or Twitter, application crashes.
* My battery drains lot more faster than usual(30%-40% faster)
* When I call someone for the first 2-3 seconds my voice doesn't reach to the otherside
I'm 100% sure, these problems occur after last update.
This is the first time I ever experience such a huge disappointment
So, now that I've updated (had the s7 on auto-update) I've experienced the worse problems ever with a phone. The battery is cut and takes forever to charge. EVERY app, both installed and already attached, gives a message of it failing. It has frozen twice, and resent randomly 10 times. It over-heats with bearly any use like nothing I've ever seen, and connection to either data, bluetooth, or wifi is nearly non-exist. I really have enjoyed samsung, they need to fix this and fast.

Last time I upgraded my Note 5 and it wiped out almost all camera feature.
Now S7 is prompting for this stupid upgrade.
I'd never recommend to upgrade to any user.
Having the same issue. No fast charge. 8hours to fully charge, even that drains in like 12hours. Not connecting to my PC either. please FIX this asap
Samsung s7 edge will no longer fast charge... takes around 8hrs to fully charge, anyone else have the same problem?
It has affected all Samsung phones from s5 up, battery dying in about an hour.

Have the same issue. Updated the phone's software and now my battery lasts less than an hour. I did a factory reset and it's not helping. Anyone knows how can I downgrade?
I also installed the latest update on my Galaxy S7 (Vodafone Hungary) and since that time my original Samsung LED view cover is not working. It is functioning as a very cheap cover.
Wireless charging also not working.
Anyone else with the same problems?

I contacted Samsung Customer Care and explained in detail the issues I am having with my S7 Edge singe their update of 01/January/2017.
They sent back to me a useless reply.
