when would you accept the fact the iphone4 is a failure???
when would you accept the fact that SJ has manipulated you all???
its all over the news..CNN..BBC..FOX...
the delay apple made on the white iphone4, corroborates all that has been said and done by apple and its critiques( its a failure).
pity to those who are trying to convice ihpone4 "haters" that they are wrong..pity more to those owners(iphone4) i think you all know why.

Apple did put it outside for performance and if you do no like it or happy then cover it.

I think a lot of Iphone4 fanboy forgot this is a phone..A phone.. call is the most important/most basic thing...
Agree with some of u out there.. people who don't mind this problem mostly are people who use this not really as a phone.. instead.. as a gaming device or maybe show off device? go n get an IPod touch better...

Someone say on CNN few weeks ago. Apple iPhone is not just phone. It is like a religion that after you got one and love it for past few years you will not give it up.
We have 3 of them in family and we have no problem. We owen iPhone 4, Galaxy S, Desire and BB 9700. They are great but iPhone 4 is the best. All these news come and talk from people that hate Apple. The iPhone 4 is great and we love the new look and features

My work is Entertainment Business, To be honest I HAVE NEVER SEEN an High Intelligent person with an iphone in his hands. The persons who owns it 12-16yr Kids.

The thing I find most interesting about all this is Nokia have been rolling out fault laden handsets for the past 3-4 years now, Samsungs raved on about AMOLED's are a joke as they have terrible colour balance, offer poor power consumption in real world situations (hence why Android uses black backgrounds) change is to a white one and watch your battery die, they have poor lifespan not just till they die but they fade quickly and the sunlight legibility although improved, still isn't good. Yet people don't notice any of this because they don't want to look for it. HTC has one of the poorest build qualities in the industry, once again no one talks about it. All phones have negatives just as strong as this one, but iPhone users don't hate other brands, other brand users hate iPhones... It's petty. I'm not saying that this antenna issue isn't frustrating, but be fair, it is still the most polished phone on the market.

maybe you should download a dictionary app and r... moreI know that covering and fixing are two different things. But you see, there's no fix for antennagate yet. Even if Apple recalls the iphone, it would still have a weak spot. And then what? Recall it again?
A case, although not a permanent fix, pretty much eliminates the problem as if it does not exist. The ip4 works really well, why are you insisting that there's a big problem when there's none. And you are not even using the damn phone.

Dropped calls won't result in a loss of life, unlike defective cars. So even a 2% chance of death will demand a recall. A loss of signal for a recall is absurd. A lot of phones and digital cameras have buggy OS. Should they recall all of it until they're 100% bug free?
I'm no fan of Steve Jobs by the way. The way Apple is handling this problem by nitpicking other phones taints the Apple brand. It makes Jobs look like a weasel. The phone isn't what most of us is bashing, it's Job's weasel attitude.

just tested iPhone4 in UK Apple store.
Orange - 4 network lines, after finger touch drops till 1 (slow)
O2 - 4 network lines after finger touch drops till 1 (fast)
3Three - 4 network lines after finger touch drops till 0 (fast) & it starts to search for network. After finger released took about 1 minute to get back to network.

I just heard a phase from a friend, he said: "Buying the iphone 4 is same as calling a prostitute, it's up to you if you want to use the condom, but the prostitute doesn't take any responsibility of this."
In this case, I have to say Jobs is really better than a prostitute, as he is giving his "customers" a condom/case, whatever you name it.

I recognize its imperfections, but at the same time I know that it's not a big deal because the workaround to remedy the issue is very simple. If the ip4 needs to be recalled, then let the court order it, not the non-iphone users who has nothing to do with this at all. Again, I admit that eventhough attenuation exists on every phone, the ip4's external antenna is more sensitive to it. But we don't mind because we also know that the ip4's improved reception and call quality is also because of this new antenna design. We win some, we lose some.
Whether the white ip4 would or wouldn't have this issue, it won't be that big of a deal because our black ip4 is working just fine anyway.
As for Toyota, it was their business decision to do a recall of those Tacomas. They didn't have to, but because they were already faced with other recall issues, they thought it best to recall those Tacomas anyway.
You said that Apple's offer of a bumper would turn people off. Well you're wrong. Ip4 are still sold out. The only ones who acted negatively are non-ip4 users who have nothing to do with the iphone, lol.

remember less then 2% of those parts for 34,134 vehicles and toyota did a recall of 8000 toyotas.Thats how much toyota cares for their customers.Apple offers free bumpers, stupid.Did you ever think this will be a big turn off for people thinking of making a first purchase of an iphone.Of course it will.Its not good business practise for apple.

Just because the iphone works for us, it does not mean we're merely followers or have been brainwashed. What a ludicrous thing to say. Choose a device that works for you and let others choose for themselves. Why are you so upset with our choices? I have a beautiful incipio case for my ip4, and have no antennagate problems at all. So why are you pressing an issue that is very much fixable?
