AnonD-282770, 27 May 2016You missed HTC. :)
Even google release new updates with bugs and directly impacting nexus lin... moreHmm. During the SD810 bloopers, HTC sure is quick to respond. Even on other HTC variants, they got updates which significantly improved their cameras.
They can deliver fast but take risks on sudden potential tumbles. Don't get me wrong HTC should be a model for quick patch-fix, but Sony tends to deliver theirs in the most stable way. Not fast as HTC, but more stable.
All things considered, I found Sony OS reliable from the get go.
Flossy420, 27 May 2016Lol
Sony only cares about the Z seriesAll OEMs are interested to update their flagships :)
For other budget ranges phones, they want users to keep changing phone every year
AnonD-541274, 27 May 2016In terms of software reliability AND updates, I haven't remembered any product close to Nexus.... moreYou missed HTC. :)
Even google release new updates with bugs and directly impacting nexus line.
Whereas OEM like HTC, Sony they are late in releasing updates but are better tested than google
I am very happy I change to Sony.
Sony Xperia is the best!
AnonD-463537, 27 May 2016Where the f*ck is the currently update for z3 Compact??? I'm stuck with Lollipop...I bought a new z3 compact last week and the upgrade to 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) was available. I upgraded and it's working fine. Could yours be a different (older) version of the phone which is not upgradable yet?
You're forgetting Motorola. And HTC as well (just recently)
yyyyyeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh.... i am soooooo haaaapppppyyyy.... finally z2 tablet will keep going strong for more years...
The reason why Android don't do this before cause the apps and games will malfunction after unplug SD card right?...
Thats why install in phone memory always better.
