Delay + Delay = a failure product. I bet this is going to be leave bad feeling for Nokia Fans :(
nokia is doing others a favour, if they keep acting like this, there is no way they will make a come back

Why should nokia use Android when they have these OSes viz. s40, symbian s60, s60v5 aka symbian^1, symbian^3, symbian^4, Maemo and MeeGo.
Nokia please delay more. Let all these impatient immature people buy a call-dropping-toy from an immature company.
Good things come to those who wait....N8 comes to those who wait....
Anonymous, 30 Jul 2010delay after delay, and more delays... Nokia just CAN'T make it and now I am sure they are goin... morebetter then what apple did
delay and still put out a faulty phone with a huge cover up that failed
th bumpers where on purpose if anyone can't see it then you fail
plus september no more free bumpers lol...WTF is that about
delay after delay, and more delays... Nokia just CAN'T make it and now I am sure they are going through a difficult period.
PREORDER... what to say, they just don't know how to hold their old customers, and what about new ones...
I was waiting for C6... and i got tired... now, when it is available, I really don't know why should I buy it.
I am definitely buying an Android phone...
Good bye Nokia
WELL the handsets of nokia n8 which are preordered will start shipping by september with no further delays. for people criticising nokia delying it products being chief marketing officer of nokia i would like to tell that nokia has already produced 60,000 handsets of nokia n8 in all colors of ratio 5:5:2:2:2,dark grey& white are have been produced more.the releasing of handsets is being delayed because in different countries vat ,taxes vary which is causing nokia pice for n8.as decided by heads of nokia n8 would be priced around 380 euros but because of varying taxes it s price ia having a huge range ie: fromm 399-499 euros.which is ridculous.as soon as the price is fixed nokia will start shipping preorders first and then the respective available models.to clear all myths the phones have been produced and no final touch up is being done . IN fact company heads and even i have taken one and its working awesome!
ppl dare to say phone like Galaxy S, wave, HTC, moto are death.. haha... funny... galaxy S , wave both hit the million unit sold... they target 10 of million..
In our part of the world its almost impossible to order as we do not use credit cards and stuff like that; do you have any other way to help us do so and especially trade-in our slightly used phones for new ones?
NOKIA PRIORITY OFFI, 30 Jul 2010well as far as the avilability is concerned in asian pacific ,african, middle east continents t... morelol, who wud want to preorder crappy nokia which even they don't know when it will release. insane !
guys the only choice for cellphone nowadys are only blackberry and iphone. Nokia and other brands are already dead.
well as far as the avilability is concerned in asian pacific ,african, middle east continents the phone is delayed till new year.in countries like U.S,CANADA,SINGAPORE,EUROPE,where smartphones are going great right now the product will be available in local stores by october,as said to me by my head marketing superviser.well for online & pre orders it will start by september in most of the countries.asian , middle east counties have to wait more as due failure of nokia n900 in these continents company is not being cocerned to launch n8 officially here.but if it gets a great response worlwide nokia n8 will be there soon, predicted at new year
Welcome Nokia. Thank you for making reliable phones, and selling it cheaper than any other manufacturer. The rich and poor and everyone in between loves you.
