I believe what Rahul broke in the name of ship was a snapdragon-810, Android 5.1.1 in 2016 with Helio P10 ? What an achievement.

I don't like this design of this phone. If there's one thing good about YU it was there design. Yuphoria, Yunique both are awesome looking phns. Reminds me of Nokia. But this design language is very ugly. Like Xiaomi they are also making ugly looking phones( though Xiaomi Mi3 was great looking).

ArnabJ, 31 May 2016You must be living in your dreams. India is one of those places where most smartphone buyer... moreSpeaking of chipsets, who told you Indians know nothing about chips? MTK devices sells good as they are cheap nothing more. New Hx10 is a quiet good chip. If you think Indian companies will give SD 650 at this price then it's not easy for them as they import everything from outside. Xiaomi on the other hand could get SD chips for cheaper cost than Indian companies. But I think it doesn't matter these days as each chip as getting better. My SD equipped Mi4 heat like a Heater. So SD is not always good.

P10 is no flagship-class SoC. Don't be in denial, YU; this is a midrange phone.

ragz4ragz, 31 May 2016Another nail in the coffin for Yu. This is Meizu M3 Note minus 1GB RAM. It cannot ever come to... morebrand of chipset doesn't matters. Indians want more power and features at less cost. that's all. that's why redmi note 3 is the winner. and lenovo ones was a winner.

India is one of those places where most smartphone buyers don't even know about chipsets. All they look for are high MegaPixels camera, Good to sound Number of cores(They have no idea what that actually mean), same goes for Ram.

Micromax is the 2nd largest brand in India in terms of sales and it's maximum devices are MTK based.

Samsung too uses Exynos, spreadtrum and SD. HTC too uses MTK.

So your point stating that MTK is not liked here is useless.

As per best of my knowledge India is the 2nd largest market for MTK based devices after China.
