BrianAW, 02 Aug 2010Fr0m your comment..why you are so comfirmed??? As you said..everything juz started.. Again.... moreWowsers, now Nokia fanboys are counting twice the same.

There is NO Maemo6. It's all Meego now. So it's like two plataforms, not three, which is good for everyone.

And to the other guy, Android is not going to kill Nokia at all... like everyone else said... it's much more likely that Android sales affect iPhone sales (less than it should be if without Android).

Nokia smartphones don't compete with the iPhone. Android does. I have an Android, so I know Symbian doesn't come close, neither did Maemo 5.

careem sri lanka, 02 Aug 2010poor nokia i think android n ios gonna kill it big time "poor nokia i think android n ios gonna kill it big time"

Not really, Android sales grew 886% compared to last year, still Nokia increased it's market share in Q2. Biggest loser in smartphone market share was Apple, that is where Android sales hit the most. RIM was flat.

Again..NOKIA Symbian^3 no even released yet so we dont know the results..

I think the real battle will be starting on 2011..When that time NOKIA announced their Symbian^4,Maemo6 and Meego..at the same time Windows phone 7 too..
