It may throttle as much as the SD820. Of course it will be on par with the competition since the SD650 indeed has almost the same processing power as the 820 but on a 28mm dye size. And these Xperia phones have 1080p screens, which I also consider a good thing since it is more than an adequate resolution already for phones.
Yes Sony have done a brilliant job refining the software and very clever squeezing the performance from the chip set. The youtube videos are very interesting, it outperforms most flagships in speed tests.
But that alone doesn't warrant the flagship price tag, it's missing too many features. It also ships without a fast charger and headphones, that just makes Sony look at bit sad.
@Editor you did a typo where is italy flag. Instead of 'Black' you type 'Blakc' just sayin.
P.S. prices are wayy too expensive for such phone. I would consider max at 500 euros. Atleast for performance option, but this is just a normal sony x wat..
Martin, 01 Jun 2016sony xperia x cpu snap 650 no snap 820.Yes only SD650 yet it kills the HTC 10, LG G5, iPhone 6s, Galaxy S7 (Exynos), and even the P9 and 6P in terms of speed. Watch those comparisons from XEETECHCARE on YouTube. X Performance will wreck those phones once it's out
Tourettes Guy, 01 Jun 2016460 for an 820-like performance? Hell yeahsony xperia x cpu snap 650 no snap 820.
