it's takes only 2GB to operate within android everything mostly happen in servers , so why 6gb?

iPhone with 2 GB of RAM... moreThen you know nothing about android at all, and you are just spitting words out of hate...
I will begin with one simple fact, "android phones" do not exist, there are phones that use android as an operating system, and to support your ignorance, you refer to android phone and iphone... if you wanted to make this comment of yours a fact, then you should have referred to iOS, there equivalent to Android as an operating system...
In any case, try using a phone with factory Android, not a phone with a modified version of it... No wonder why the Google Nexus is probably the best phone out there right now.
Android phone with 4/6/8/12/16/128 GB of RAM = lags and crashes apps.
iPhone with 2 GB of RAM = all smooth.
Windows phones with 2 GB of RAM = all smooth.
I'd be ashamed to use any Android phone nowadays. It was acceptable->good until version 4.4; after that, it all went downhill for Android.
All the issues that Android has, all the instability (app crashes, phone restarts needed, factory resets needed at least twice a year), the almost non-existent security features, the dated user interface with static icons and clunky submenus, the low quality of basic apps such as email, calendar, contacts, messaging, etc. (even the calculator is missing basic stuff) - all these allow me to see Android users as tech illiterate people who don't understand technology and don't know what this technology should do for them and how it should work.
Nevermind I got it fixed, was stuck in a bootloop but now I'm enjoying Cyanogen OS 13.1 which is pretty great especially with Microsoft Mods. I think I'm just gonna delay purchasing a new phone for another year and let this ridiculous hardware race die down while waiting for some actual innovations to emerge.
AnonD-544473, 07 Jun 2016Still not as fast as the superior iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, which trash this device without even ... moreThat is because iOS freezes non-active apps.
Let's say you have 3 apps running, it will only run/activate the app you are currently viewing while freezing the other 2.
However, if you let all 3 apps running, it will lag.

Your statement is more BS.
Any heavy task user would know that running 30 ACTIVE apps at the same time will significantly lag phone functions (majority if not all).
I don't think the 30 apps you have opened are "running" or "active"
How much will cost?
Wish available here in Saudi Arabia!!
I' ll still wait before the end of the year
yee, 07 Jun 20166gb is for multitasking mate. I do my day trading from my smartphone so 3gb is way not enough ... moreThat's absolute BS. Right now I've just launched 30 apps on my 3GB OPO, plus one I just downloaded to show my detailed RAM usage. I also have 8 tabs running in Chrome, 6 in Firefox, and 4 in Dolphin. I'm not experiencing any slowdown and I still have 29% of my RAM available, and Android has yet to start force closing any background apps.
The only missing ingredient here is what the actual price will be once launched next week. I am cheering for OP to live up to their moto/calling and deliver quality hardware at the good cost the cost that they worth to the consumer. We've all taken a look at real production cost matrices and even though they don't take everything into account, certain OEMs understand where they can cut their losses. Others just want world domination imo...
My OPO is starting to crap out on me, maybe I should replace it with the OP3 but the price has to be perfect.
6gb ram? Wtf oneplus I was hoping for 16gb ram. This is such a let down
