I like to hear that. I prefer a Dual Core with 3ghz and good architecture with 2GB of fast DDR4 RAM over a octa Core with 1 ghz, old architecture with 6GB of slow DDR 3 RAM.
I always thought 2.15GHZ was a bit slow. How about a SD819 running at 2GHZ? The slower speed would give good enough performance for most people and have better battery life!

It seems that Qualcomm renamed Snapdragon 821 to Snapdragon 823?
Its will be Big Competitor to SGN7 in Indonesia (ASUS and SAMSUNG its big brands in Indonesia based IDC 2016. No 1 ASUS and No 2 Samsung)
I'm not a big fan of Asus' stock launcher but otherwise their hardware is top notch.
Those high-end Zen phones are like candy.
it has everything I needed .. I hope the final variant will come with IR Blaster, Then I will go with this.
Dual Sim card and Multi international Band LTE should make it sell well. Battery size will make a difference on sales though
Qualcomm should be responsible enough to announce their upcoming chipsets through any form of media, even if it's just an upgraded SD820 version.
They were too noisy to hype that SoC last year to desperately redeem themselves from the SD810 mess. And now they were being lazy for media responsibilty because they got away with that mess.
