'Nutella' can only happen once Google and Ferrero SpA agree to a legally binding sponsorship deal which involves Ferrero SpA paying some millions to Google if they are the ones seeking sponsorship or Google paying Ferrero SpA to have the name if Google is the one insisting. Nutella is a trademarked brand name, no one can use it like that on whim.
