1. no ios support( because im using an iphone 6s)

I want to buy a smartwatch which shoul I buy moto360 2nd gen, gear s2(I dont have samsung phone)or huawei watch or should I wait till new watches come out
Considering that the first gen Moto 360 is running 6.0.1, up to date than most Android phones out there, I think this is not a big deal. Considering the Hardware, it's amazing that the watch can run pretty smooth. Obviously it doesn't have the hardware to support the new features. Then again, it won't magically die. It still does its current functions well.
