looks kind of the same to me. does it have sgs4 features and does it run more smoothly ?
Doesn't matter what users/developers do to it, Android's interface is still the ugliest and outdated one out of the bunch. iOS's interface is slightly more polished, but still dead. Only Windows phones have a post-2012 interface while others are still stuck with static icons and almost no useful info displayed.
AnonD-119094, 12 Jun 2016You can always root it.....and install stock android or cyanogenmod.......No need to root, just install a different launcher from Googe Play!
Anonymous, 12 Jun 2016No need to be a trying hard iOS copycat. I don't get it why the app drawer will be removed, wh... more1. i agree with you, a lot of companies these days tries to copy something from apple.
2. You can always download a launcher.
3. Samsung is just getting ready for android. I am pretty sure this UI will come with android N release.
ithehappy, 12 Jun 2016Is it that really hard for you install a launche? lol.The way default launcher works no other 3rd party does it..
No app drawer is terrible. I'll move away from any brand not having a cozy menu for apps. I want my phone to look clean.
AnonD-433808, 12 Jun 2016Am I the only one who was thinking that some fine day Samsung will launch a phone with Stock U... moreThey did launch devices like that and they were a fail so stop your high horses
Weve all seen that nexus fans barely account for 0.3%... and for those complaining about the launcher, there's an option to enable/disable the one homescreen or app drawer.. it would be better if samsung gave varieties like on screen keys or even removable battery.. off screen keys kills customizations
That's why I'm still using Kitkat on my Note 3..i regret after my wife handphone upgrade to lollipop.. To much white n green.. And sometimes restart and buggy.. i like kitkat os and Ui to much.. No word..
AnonD-433808, 12 Jun 2016Am I the only one who was thinking that some fine day Samsung will launch a phone with Stock U... moreSome of us would love that but however I think you will still hold on to money as Samsung is not likely to do that any time soon.
They like to add their own features on top of the Google ones hence is why touchwiz is there.
I honestly like touchwiz for its feature richness.
AnonD-89438, 12 Jun 2016Damn right. Also the rightside placement of back button.WTF
Jason melling , 12 Jun 2016As long as they keep the off screen navigation keys it's all good.Damn right. Also the rightside placement of back button.
AnonD-5666, 12 Jun 2016Well, there is App Drawer. Proof: http://i.imgur.com/GhogaQb.jpgYup!!! There it is!!
Well samsung removing features for upgrade their smartphone, just like apple removing 3.5mm jack in iphone next.
