I surely will buy one too! Looks so fine!
I hope the touch screen to be as smooth as HTC android devices.. and the keypads as smooth as Nokia N80.
i saw nokia x3 touch and type videos from youtube oh my god! what a innovation touch and 16 keypad combination for user interface is so great that even nokia 5230 will fear now i realize why ian was making blog of touchscreen or keypad handsets for compare wow!
looks good, but battery only Up to 5 h 20 min (2G) / Up to 3 h 30 min (3G) very bad
Seriously, it pawn N8 in term of design and value. N8 killer anyone?:)
Steve, 17 Aug 2010Sony Ericsson G900.... my old favourite phone, was released nearly 3 years ago and has virtual... morethey can make it cheaper definitely :)
Is this mean the nokia 5800 variant would not reach the US$100 barrier?
Bcos user will confuse between a US$120 X3-02 with S40 and Nokia 5800variant S60 5th ed with US$100 price.
Well done
next step is to bring this idea to symbian s60v3 in phones like e72, i dont mean the s3!
I mean s60v3 touch and type
this phone furthur retain nokia dominance in low end phone market
we will see e72 successor, i hope it happens
nokia can compete in high end market after n8 and meego phone hit market
I love this phone.
Nokia low end 100 dollar phones have the same functionallity as 800 dollar Iphone 4.... Jeezz..
Iphone are for fruitcakes, wannabes and 14 year old highschool girls.
It's only nokia who can produce such nice (!) shapes like a 2.4 inc display with a touch screen.
WOW!! 9.6mm only, this is the thinnest phone by Nokia ever. & 1st touchscreen in S40. Great! Consider to buy it soon. Well done, Nokia!
fugly
I think nokia is only trying to revibe a phone made by the inovation of the by gone ages and combo of the new age tech.Which hopefully should be rubish!!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is released in India at this price or for 8000 including tax I will be the first one to buy this phone.
Gorgeous.

Very good phone touch and type first time in mobile market with very economical price (Rs.7500) Thanks to nokia to bring this phone. Please launch immediately
Sony Ericsson G900.... my old favourite phone, was released nearly 3 years ago and has virtually the same specification as this phone - smartphone, touch-screen, keypad, wifi, 3G (no HSDPA admitedly), a TOUCH-FOCUS 5mp camera... how is it 3 years on and they can't even significantly improve on this?!
These phone manufacturers really should have bench-marked the G900 when it was released.
Surprisingly, it turned out that this is a pretty good looking phone. I'm an user of SE G900, the UIQ3 UI is simply a pain ass to use without long fingernail. Thumbability is out of question. And now, the X3-02 has the same 2.4inch QVGA screen, it all comes to how Nokia optimise the interface. Hopefully GSMArena will review it. Interesting.
