The internet guy are much smarter,not everyone. Most people prefer to buy budget smartphone from brick and mortar shop in India.This is the reason these companies sell such smartphone with low specs and high prices.
Seriously Moto G4 plus is a much, much better choice ,if you have a service in your area.
Most competitors are offering Snapdragon 615/617/650 & even 652 chipsets with even lower price tag...HTC...never learns from their mistakes...!

If u want htc go for 628. With 3 gb ram, 32 gb rom. U will lose removble battery and get lollipop.
