Same case as was with the redmi note 4g it was replaced by redmi note 3 which is still difficult to get
What about frequency band coverage?.. Does it support both ATT & T-mobile?. What about Warranty?

It's not Xiaomi official announcement.
The other thing Xiaomi Redmi 3s has 4G 1800/2100/2600. T-Mobile US 4G 700/1700/1900 and AT &T 4G 700/1700/1900/2100. It might be not 100% compatible with US 4G.

Well, just bought one from a local reseller (they bought from china because we don't have any official xiaomi reseller here in Viet Nam), for $120 USD, a bit closer to original price, it's still shipping and will arive tomorrow or the next day!
