but please don't forget to contained the Optic Amoled display screen or nothing with new nexus sailfish
The phones probably will be named as Nexus 5H and Nexus 6H. I really hope HTC will put those front facing stereo speaker with nice audio tune and of course, with a different chipset for both variant.
i highly expect both these devices will be dual sim smartphonesamd with good batteries
AnonD-438385, 05 Jul 2016Why have Google abandoned the big screen love my Nexus 6 with stock Android but will be forced... moreBecause it's the follow up the Nexus "5" X? I'm sure there will be a follow up to the "6" P, which is the other CodeName. :/
Why have Google abandoned the big screen love my Nexus 6 with stock Android but will be forced elsewhere, such a shame.
Waiting for sailfish version. The 5X was no upgrade to original nexus 5. Finally a 5 inch nexus with flagship chipset.. Hurrah
HTC kills not own stereo speakers phones line !
but HTC kills Nexus stereo speakers line !!
go bankrupt HTC, die allready !!!
Nick, 03 Jul 2016I'm little bit afraid of HTC for Nexus, because of quality issues.
HTC/Nexus tablet had quali... moreNo issue for build quality, battery, sound and display. Issue on the software is a yes; but they got updated afterwards. HTC + Nexus is the best match that I can imagine.
*still actively using my old HTC Evo 4G LTE

i just wish... that someday... sony making a google nexus phone...........
My next phone!
I was hoping Google would be the first to implement and showcase the Qualcomm ultrasonic fingerprint scanner underneath the display in this year's Nexus phones. Oh well...
I have been experiencing the Nexus gadgets since release of Nexus4.
All have been pleasure to use.
Recently I even came across Samsung Galaxy Nexus 3. Even with 1gb ram, it was smooth (kitkat version)
Herodroid, 03 Jul 2016i would hope if these are just rumours or fake, because 32/128 gb is just insane, why not 64/1... moreOld or New SoC is not an issue if one knows how to use its potentials.
SoC, Ram, OS all works together as a system to deliver the performance.
NEXUS (Google ) have all above well synchronized to deliver one of the most pleasing experiences.
But so far I feel it is LG (most) and Motorola who have been able to deliver the Google vision for Nexus.
I'm actually a lot more interested in the Sailfish phone, mainly because carrying around a G4 today, I've noticed that the larger screen (5.5") is a bit of a hazzle...
I just hope that the Sailfish still receives a decent camera and more so a fast shooter! :)
Where is the 64GB variant? This thing better have expandable memory...
So, I think this is a updated Nexus 6p.
I love Nexus mobiles and the stock Android but because I'm a heavy user to 2016/2017 I want a 4000mah battery, super amoled screen, 6gb of ram and a snapdragon 821/830 all that Whit a stock Android.
Why GOOGLE always change's ( brand's )
Sometime LG sometime HUAWEI than next HTC
Not one brand why multiple brands
example { GOOGLE OWN NEXUS SMARTPHONE }
I'm little bit afraid of HTC for Nexus, because of quality issues.
HTC/Nexus tablet had quality issues. My old HTC One S is buggy.
What about modern HTC phones? Can they be good enough in long term?
