[deleted post]yup splitscreen multitasking is a legitimate Android feature. Samsung implanted it on note series 3-4 years earlier than apple...
and Motorola implanted forcetouch (3d touch) a decade ago. oh and that wasn't an Android BTW
their will patent the fruit - APPLE next. every bite of it will cost you license fee.
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2016So they're not supposed to protect their inventions? so now they INVENTED forcetouch and splitscreen multitasking?! what's next?
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2016People should think twice when buying an Apple product, as this company is so evil, non ethica... moreWhy should people think twice when buying Apple products? Maybe u are the who should think twice b4 posting such anti Apple campaign. Nothings wrong if people buy Apple product. We have the freedom to choose what we want to buy. Choose what ever u want to buy and don't tell people what to do. You don't own us dumb..
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2016So they're not supposed to protect their inventions? Split view is not their invention. Nor were they the first to implement 3D touch
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2016So they're not supposed to protect their inventions? Invention? What invention? Apple invention my a$$ !!
The 3D touch makes sense. The split view? Not at all. They just wanna sue someone.
Apple just being Apple
galaxyS7, 02 Jul 2016I don't really care that Apple did that because it's 'APPLE'. But your comment must be the dum... moreThat other's person is not dumb, those who first discovered the idea should have patented it sooner so that nobody else can steal their idea and then patent it later on (even if they did not discovered such idea). Samsung should be rich so they should have invested in patents. That's how companies and businesses works and so on and so forth. Blah
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2016Again, the word sheep isnt patented by droidsheep. Its funny referring as 'us' like ur an ar... moreThe irony is the Apple sheeps has been commenting on other articles for the longest time. This selective bias is just amazing but hey, i guess sheeps will just be sheeps eh.
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2016They are allowed to patent a design feature that's been seen on Samsung Galaxy Notes and Windo... moreI thought they've already patented their round corners and bouncy animation for the end of scroll, that's why Google had to change it in Android. I find it so dumb, these are common sense features. I think they also patented the slide to unlock thing lol.
galaxyS7, 02 Jul 2016I don't really care that Apple did that because it's 'APPLE'. But your comment must be the dum... moreBut that's how patent works, which is why it's so broken. If you don't patent it, you are at the losing end. Unless it's been established and it's known that Samsung started it first, which in this situation is rather well known. So if Apple try to sue Samsung, i doubt they have a case, But i think Apple is just doing it as a defensive measure to prevent other companies sue them.
Not too sure how it works though.
RollerCoaster1, 02 Jul 2016Not that I'm Pro apple but if you patent it first...then it's the other side's fault if the di... moreI don't really care that Apple did that because it's 'APPLE'. But your comment must be the dumbest comment in this thread. Everyone in this thread knows who done that first. Now you are saying what apple did is OK because other party didn't patented it before? Shame on you!!! Apple didn't just use it they decided to steal it. That what the problem is.......
Fanboyism is the cancer that's killing consumer technology, PERIOD. no matter if apple fans, android fans, windows fans, whatever fans if you don't objectively judge products and copmanies you're cancer.
