i find it beeing more usefull for tablet PC than for phones
I think samsung is going to dominate the phone market in 2011,because now it has the best screen on the market "super amoled" even the retina display of the iphone4 could not beat it,also the humming bird processor which has 1Ghz of speed with the best 3d gaming graphics that even beats the upcoming nokia n8 dedicated gpu,in 2011 samsung will introduce phones with break resistant super amoled screens and the powerful Orion processors which only samsung haters will try to resist.
Why huge? It will support higher resolutions so you can take your hd movies with you and watch them anywhere you like! The processor itself will probably shrink in size, and demand for built-in memory will result in 64GB+ capacities!
Anonymous, 07 Sep 2010I bet the phone itself will be hugeOn the latest chip geometries this chip will likely be the same size as current chips.
And if we want to keep increasing performance on mobile phones we need to move to dual core devices for power management reasons. As an example this chip will deliver 3-4x performance of current phones with similar power budget.
i bet, battery performace will suck!
Can you imagine the battery power this needs? They probably have the Galaxy tablet in mind for this.
Dear samsung can you please put a bit of metal to you phones ?
Anonymous, 07 Sep 2010first "fan" is meant to be "phone" sorryi readlly do agree. My gal s and saito tend to actually get quite hot. Its so wierd.
Yeah remember Zack Morris's his mobile Phone on 'Saved by the Bell'. LOL
glad to hear they and making new more powerful processors
i just hope that they are investing just as much time and money in other areas too
what i mean by this is that a product with an amazing processor may sound all powerful but unless the rest of its components are up to scratch then this is all for nothing
this is maily aimed at components such as batteries, for example what is the point of a mobile device that if you use it during the day you have to be worried if it will die. with more power mean less battery as with 2 displays.

samsung is doing great.....
the other brands should hurry a bit!!!!

Sound more like some new high-end small laptop hardware.. My Desire can go barely 1 day, what will this do?
Eske Rahn, 07 Sep 20103 screens hmm, this allow for fliphone with 3D-display and an external monitor as well... soun... morethe flip phone is dead mate. they caused too many problems with the hinges breaking and becoming floppy. warranty nightmare. they were replaced by sliders and the lock button on touch screens.
Dave, 07 Sep 2010Does anyone think samsung should replace Sony as the new games developer?Well that is an interesting though. However I think its too late. Sony nintend and microsoft are the three major players there. Samsung would be too far behind and people would not trust them, plus no one would make games for such a system. The only one i think that could break that hold now is apple. Not because they are good. Simply because idots buy anything they make before knowing what it is.
