Flossy420, 09 Jul 2016Yeah right...... Who's gonna pay 750$+ for a Windows phone?Me.
Windows Phone should be a refreshing switch for someone looking for something different than Android. Since Windows 10 has been out for a while now, hopefully the recent builds should be a lot stable. Worth a try for the unique user experience Windows phones offer...
AnonD-248589, 10 Jul 2016Everyone is dumping WP, they can't play Pokemon Go.Hahaha now pokemon go become standard measurement in smartphone
AnonD-196068, 09 Jul 2016If this had Marshmallow on it rather than Windows Phone (WP) I think the likes of Sony, Samsun... moreHere is a part article on the Lumia 950
It received a price cut during the pre-order phase
"The Lumia 950 is now available for preorder at €562 (about $619), marking a 6 percent price cut from the original price of €599 (roughly $660). The larger Lumia 950 XL, meanwhile, is now available for preorder at €649 (about $715), marking a 7 percent discount compared to its original price of €699 (about $700). The prices are for the unlocked models of the smartphones."
The price now approaching half
This. Item is above that of the 950 it will fall like a jet propelled stone
Why would I pay near double for the X3?
Blackberry Priv is another overpriced item that a company has demanded
The Priv was on par with thee S7 and despite its high price offered NOTHING as purcasers wanted Blackberry 10 OS and it Android did not cut it
So here is the thing Blackberry have migrated to Android entirely as you can see in the other articles.
Eg Blackberry Classic discontinued and THREE more Android, instead it should have given or built a Blackberry version of Priv, and not force Android on its fans
Here is the comparison between the X3 and 950 http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=7954
Way way overpriced!
Tell me if any insane buys this phone at this exorbitant price. HP should do a market research first before pricing their phones.
This is phone is aimed for company executive. So CEO and VP will use thisx phone.
AnonD-248589, 10 Jul 2016Everyone is dumping WP, they can't play Pokemon Go.I agree
That price for a crap dying OS, nty.....
This will be a huge flop on HP unless it has the option of 3rd party OS Installation.
Alien, 09 Jul 2016That's what I was wondering too..
Such a waste of good hardware.. Considering it will perform much better running Windows rather than Android, and the fact that Windows phones can actually be used in companies (Android is the least secure OS out there), make this a great productivity tool. Not to mention that Windows's interface is much more advanced, more useful, and it generally looks sexier than any launcher in the Play Store.
Considering these, this is more than a fair price. If it were to run on Android, the price would be at least $200 lower.
If you see the reviews of Lumia 950 and XL they are mostly about 5 months old.
I think you must judge how the current state is with the latest avaible update. Then Windows 10 Mobile are alright. Not perfect, but a lot better than before.
And this new HP will have the anniversery OS installed out of the box to.
>windows phone as a breed is dying
>plans for an awesome device leaked
>nobody buys it
gg, such an incredible idea
AnonD-34647, 09 Jul 2016My first and last windows phone was Lumia 950 XL and I had the worst experience with that ever... moreU manage to sell your phone lol. My friend wanted to sell his Windows Phone at half price a couple of months later and no one wanna buy it lol.
My first and last windows phone was Lumia 950 XL and I had the worst experience with that ever. The windows firmware was so annoying and specially the lack of apps support. Even the apps it does support never worked well like Facebook. The interface, performance both poor. I sold it within two weeks. Never going back to that nightmare.
AnonD-404954, 09 Jul 2016who will pay 700 us for window phoneMaybe they are geek enough to think that WP(windows phone)is the same as Wl(windows laptop) and they can run apps like photoshop,maya,3d max, corel draw etc on it lol
Flossy420, 09 Jul 2016Yeah right...... Who's gonna pay 750$+ for a Windows phone?I will. Elite phone. Elite OS.
