Anonymous, 17 Jul 2016I can feel the tactile bump on these Clears still, I know when the key press has been activate... moreyeah :D I usually type fast so knowing it hit or not won't help much :D or atleast I have a lsow brain, I can know it too! but mostly from the noise and the sudden release of the key
(top to mid requires less force and suddenly middle requires a little bit more go down then needs even less pressure to bottom out, It feels like you have kind of broken something :D so I do know it from that feeling!)
Gibbs-kamhagh, 17 Jul 2016lol yeah, i tried them in a store (only browns), even the 'feedback' isn't really feedback in ... moreI can feel the tactile bump on these Clears still, I know when the key press has been activated every single time. :) I ordered those cheap O-rings from eBay, cost like 1 euro and were delivered as promised (in 2,5 weeks in my post box). I did compare Browns to Clears when I got this new keyboard and Browns felt somehow 'dirty' to type with. :o But still, even Reds are better than membranes.... Those are a complete nightmare to type with after you've been using only mechanicals for years.
Anonymous, 16 Jul 2016I had MX Browns before these and their 'feedback' is hardly there, the tactile bump is so mini... morelol yeah, i tried them in a store (only browns), even the 'feedback' isn't really feedback in blues, its just that they suddenly require more pressure and then release when you push them just like a membrane keyboard, only a million times better without the plastic feeling! it doesn't really bump your fingers or anything like i heard!
the noise is my only complain! I can't get o-rings in my country :D otherwise this keyboard rocks(well not this keyboard this switch :D) but it's a freaking nightmare for fps gaming :D it sounds like a ak-74
Gibbs-kamhagh, 16 Jul 2016they sounds similiar to browns! My Blues however are driving me and my family insane, too ... moreI had MX Browns before these and their 'feedback' is hardly there, the tactile bump is so minimal. But they were still light years ahead of Reds, with those I couldn't even rest my hand on the keyboard without constant accidental key presses. The next switches I'll go for will be the Greens - they sound absolutely perfect for me and wife said the sound would be okay.
sjshazzy, 15 Jul 2016good to go.. for.. what? Gaming, of course, but that's just a joke.
Anonymous, 15 Jul 2016MX Clears are great otherwise, but could be a bit stiffer... Vortex Poker 3 here.they sounds similiar to browns!
My Blues however are driving me and my family insane, too much noise :S
I will get brown if I have the money to change anytime soon :D
Gibbs-kamhagh, 15 Jul 201670g??? reallllyyyy? i feel like 45g on my blue (aka razer green) is too much!MX Clears are great otherwise, but could be a bit stiffer... Vortex Poker 3 here.
Anonymous, 15 Jul 2016Just add Razer Deathadder and you're good to go. /sgood to go.. for.. what?
mir, 15 Jul 2016A lot better than the one that apple officially sells.keep dreaming
70g??? reallllyyyy? i feel like 45g on my blue (aka razer green) is too much!
The lack of a pencil holder or using the smart connector seem like pretty big misses,..
The adjustable screen to any angle, 20 levels of backlight, and proper keyboard feel are big wins.
I would have purchased instantly if my present case, holding the pencil, and bluetooth logitech k480 keyboard were to be improved upon.
Having to muck around with wireless connection issues and battery life concerns is unusual for the polish this company usual gives.
For a backlit keyboard, should be using the 10000mah battery inside the ipad, not a lowly ten hour runtime inbuilt battery.
Still ten hours of runtime, if they match the ten hours from the Pro (and not reduce them as a backlit keyboard could), then sounds like no real extra mission come nightly charge time...
Glad to see some ipad support as this company makes some cool stuff
(I use their hydra nunchucks, mice, keyboards and nostromos and likely would have bought one of their laptops if it weren't for the 12.9" pad & pencil)
