AnonD-196068, 30 Jul 2016We'll see about the Note 7. I'll believe it when I see it. I bet no Samsung device will be run... moreYup, like every year. Note 7 will get Grace but most likely still on MM (just like Note 5 got updated icons when launched, and S6 weeks after that too, but both only got MM after S7 was launched).
So most probably S7 and Note 7 will get Nougat in February/March (when S8 launches), and S6 and Note 5 anywhere between April and June (depending on the region).

"removal of the Dark Theme"
You mean ADDITION of a dark theme¿ Coz that would be great as almost all displays coming out now are expected to sport AMOLED panels
hope the xperias will get it as soon as n is available for nexus devices. after all, why would they already start dp if they wont release it early?
So that should technically see both Allo and Duo launch very soon, too.

Other Samsungs in 2016; highly unlikely ( why would we buy a new phone if our present ones can do all the same stuff)
Features the Note 5 has that my Note 4 gets when I finally get Marshmallow I am still waiting for.
Reason I WON'T buy a Note 7 - don't like these types of tactics.
And people can tell me otherwise; I understand how long testing and updating can take.
I also know I expect support, proper, for a $1400aus phone.. (six variants since april in India, even though it launched in Australia waaay earlier.. sammmobile webpage firmwares!)
Lollipop broke so much Edge functionality.. Sammy, like Nvidia, do not care for last years customers..
Hence why I talk 'up' companies like Motorola, HTC, Apple etc
in the meantime, I'm still waiting for marshmallow on my galaxy alpha...

the whole reason they had to switch from robot names was to avoid litigation (dalek, k9 etc)
Foods are fine.
I thought they'd get in trouble for kitkat, but its probably only registered in some countries (chocolate bar, Brittish I think... here in Australia it is a choccy bar)
I'm sad for my N5 as the hardware is still awesome, except for the fragile battery life.
I plan to use it till next year's devices, and jump to 10nm SoCs.
