if you don't know what i'm talking about means you use words wich you don't of like wide lens etc so please don't spam any more.
LG 's wide angle is only 8mp and not even close in picture quality dude.

I just saying "if" somehow they can swap S... moreThat's right, all of them don't care 100% about what consumers want anyway.. especially when all the flagships are so expensive!.. But about SoC, I don't think this is possible (at least as a module), cuz a cpu change would have to replace the stock one, thus it would have to connect to the motherboard directly.
DantE O2, 18 Aug 2016based on what you wrote you know nothing about photography dude, so maybe i should write a li... moreDude why are you comparing smartphones to dslr? They arent even close. Can you compare a car to an airplane? No even though both are used for transport. And G5 has a wide angle camera just google it its 8mp and takes pictures at 135° compared to 75° of normal 16mp camera. So low light photography is completely trash in smartphones right? Well I have compared my G2 to Note5 in low light Note5 pics were alot better than G2 even though that has noise as well but the result were satisfactory its more than what you need from smartphones and yes I agree that dxo posted better results for s7 in video g5 auto focus and stabilization messed it up and that what I said s7 is better in videos but if you record 2160p than g5 is the choice for you but no only few people will record in 2160p so s7 has the edge here and is exactly what I said s7 is better choice for videos but in pictures G5 is the better choice so they're even now if you exclude secondary camera of g5
LG superfan, 18 Aug 2016Sammy is ahead in 1080p videos and LG in 2160p so thats even
Selfies and panaromas arent cons... morebased on what you wrote you know nothing about photography dude,
so maybe i should write a little more to clear things a bit.
video is not even at all it's a huge gap read dxo first.for ex the stabilization and autofocus are a lot worse in G5 videos.
you can never take a good shot in low light with your mobile,it's all a gimmick for buyer nothing else, maybe in next 4 years but not now compare a low light with a dslr shot and nothing but a mess, you can never take a good shot in low light the amount of noise makes them completely useless.just see G5 or S7 outdoor shots at night.
so it doesn't matter which one has the edge non of them are good.both are weak in low light.and all other phones as well.
the shots are not usable at all.see the outdoor samples not just lab samples.
wide lens!!!!! whohha that's a big word pal.
do you know the use of a wider lens or what does it mean? of course you don't.
what you call wide is the sensor crop being 16:9 (not 4:3 like others) but that's not called a wide lens in photography.
a wide lens has a short focal point which results in more view coverage in all aspects (not just being wide also more height coverage) useful for portrait or landscape shooting
but it's doesn't matter being just a millimeter wider. it makes the different for lens like 24mm 35mm 55mm 85mm 150mm 300mm since the phones don't have a full 35mm sensor(not even near that size for sure) you should exchange the FL based on sensor size to find out how wide they are.
they don't usaully announce all these specs for phones cause no one cares or know about them but if i find them for G5 and S7 i can tell you which is wider and how much.
we need the Focal length and senor size they announce the sensor size but not usaully the focal length it needs more searching through the web.
but these are not that much different from the shots i have seen.
where did you read that how wide is G5 or S7? we can use that source for calculation.
they must be pretty close on that matter not like between 35mm and 55mm dslr equivalents
what's the use of a """phone""" lens being wider oh you get 2 centimeter more coverage lol.
it gives nothing.it would give an edge over old phones but nowadays they have the same coverage almost.

Selfies and panaromas arent considered but low light is right? LG is ahead of s7 in low light the same happened with G4 vs S6 but then s6 was ahead of G4 in daylight. G5 and S7 are tie in daylight and G5 is better in low light so LG is one up Sammy and if you consider the useful wide angle camera G5 is now 2 points ahead. Now tell me you own a samsung dont you?

selfie and panaroma has nothing to do with the picture quality everyone is talking about.
s7 edge vs G5
still photos: they are pretty much the same but in video section sammy's still ahead,
you can find a lot of details at dxomark.
that's pretty much like what happened between s6 edge and g4.
so LG was never ahead of sammy in picture quality terms.
With samsung using first half 2016's flagship specs on its Note 7, it's LG's chance with the V20 to runaway with the most powerful android flagship of 2016. That distinction might be able to boost sales, but LG is still one month late again

LG superfan, 17 Aug 2016Thats why whole world is praising LG's camera right?i gave you a lot of resources and you have nothing to say that's why.
1-DXO Mark lab
2-GSM arena lab

you give me 1 proof and if you don't have 1 don't bother spamming anymore.
compare those i mentioned above and see for yourself with your own eyes stop reading newspapers.
LG superfan, 16 Aug 2016No LG is ahead of sammy since G2 only s5 was ahead of G3 but after that G4, V10, G5 are all ah... moreyou don't know what you are talking about. you can compare their sample photos (not edited) here in gsmarena reviews in the camera sample section also you can check on DXO Mark they are the camera and lens benchmark in the whole world no one takes your word over them or real camera sample we see every where.
you can also check with gsmarena camera tool the clarity and texture in sammy's phones are way ahead of LG lineup.
put this modular concept to sammy phones, then we will hear praise, and considered as smart decision and major breakthrough from sammy..

“enhanced hand grip” which could mean that the phone could either come with a grippy case or back cover...hmm I think they got rid of the original design and will instead include a grippy case like its a consolation prize. And now that it's been pretty much confirmed to use modular design it's a DOA in my book, it'll sell just well enough to validate a V30.
