divis200, 25 Aug 2016Didn't expect a stupid reply like this... Without doing any research or trying to search for w... more " In fact, you could run devices without ram, but it would take a very very long time to do even basic stuff "
so you are saying to take the load faster and not in a very very long time you need a huge ram? Because as you said if there is no ram it will run but it will take a long time to load.
Mirkran, 24 Aug 2016Wrong. You need more cores to run mutithreaded workloads better. RAM is in charge of multitasking.Didn't expect a stupid reply like this... Without doing any research or trying to search for what cpu or ram does you called me wrong. Do you even know what multitasking or multithreaded simultaneous workload is? Ram isn't in charge of anything, except keeping some stuff in memory, which is very fast and easy for computer to access. In fact, you could run devices without ram, but it would take a very very long time to do even basic stuff. I know you're trying to sound smart, but you're not.
Anon, 24 Aug 2016so why my phone didn't lag? after all heavy usage? HD games/internet and many more? try it fir... moreI dont know the answer, it looks like some experience big lag and some not. There's already 8 page threat in android central about this
Note 7 - This lag is unfreakingbelievable
Sounds like bad quality to me if some experience lag and some not. Also some people spot the lag easier, for example if your earlier phone already lagged you dont might notice it, but when user who has got used to have device without any lag and start experiencing lag its lot bigger for him.
Duel, 24 Aug 2016Facts aren't rumours :) Facts are facts which are made by users who actually own the device. so why my phone didn't lag? after all heavy usage? HD games/internet and many more? try it first as I said. :) then come back here if the phone is lag or not.
Anon, 24 Aug 2016camera is faster? don't think so? features like Bluetooth? Iris Scanner? Vr? Amazing Display? ... moreVr? No one needs that . Phones should be phones first of all , that meaning they should have good reception and signal, good battery , small dimentions ( this obsession upon 5.5 inch is just stupid ) and a decent camera for video call. When I see features as 4k display or 2k on which you can not tell the difference or 4k filming when 80 % of users dobt even have a screen to project that on ( but they buy it because its cool ) or vr which u will use for about few times and get bored of it or sony's feature to use the phone as a ps4 controller when its obviously not as good as a real controller. The phobe manufacturers are losing the sense of basic phone functions which are getting worse due to these stupid features which they have to fit in the case of the phone and also keep tge phones slim at the same time. But it is not their fault , it is the fault of the clients which demand those stupid useless features and after they wonder why their phones dont last few hours without a fresh recharge. If you do not agree , I do not care because this is getting out of hand ! It is my oppinion, do not want to offend anyone by any reasons .
Anon, 24 Aug 2016That is the only proof you've got? only rumors? have you ever tried to used the note 7 sir? I ... moreFacts aren't rumours :)

Duel, 24 Aug 2016"With the note 7 Samsung still delivers embarassing real world performance" http://www.xda-... moreThat is the only proof you've got? only rumors? have you ever tried to used the note 7 sir? I would like to suggest try it first, even on Samsung Stores near you, and navigate you phone. Basing you statement on youtubes and forums? try it for yourself. not just rumors. hahaha
Anon, 24 Aug 2016ok.. but right now I didn't notice any lags on my note 7 even my note 3.. try it first before ... more"With the note 7 Samsung still delivers embarassing real world performance"
"The same lag carries onto scrolling performance in many applications, and infrequently in every application after heavy continuous usage. The phone does not get too hot, mind you, but we do notice that after continuous sessions, it progressively begins misbehaving. Scrolling behavior in particular is behind what youÂÂÂ’d expect out of an $850 device, especially after this has been one of SamsungÂÂÂ’s weak points for years."
Sounds exactly same what i just saw on video which i pasted.
divis200, 24 Aug 2016Well... 2 cores suck at multitasking. With 2 cores battery life may suffer. With more cores yo... moreWrong. You need more cores to run mutithreaded workloads better. RAM is in charge of multitasking.
Anon, 24 Aug 2016ok.. but right now I didn't notice any lags on my note 7 even my note 3.. try it first before ... moreI have the Note 7 and have experienced no lag whatsoever. Getting over 6 hours of screen time too. Just loving every minute of this phone
Duel, 24 Aug 2016Of course i get it but mentioning it like braggin is so so ridiculous. Again why would i want ... moreok.. but right now I didn't notice any lags on my note 7 even my note 3.. try it first before saying it lags. :)
Considering that Note7 has basically the same hardware as the Galaxy S7, there is less than half a year difference. And that hardware performing almost the same on a limited, closed-OS versus a powerhouse which an Android can be, it's amazing to me. Price wise being almost the same, the S7 even cheaper with better features (screen, camera, memory expansion, battery life). In the last 5 years I owned an iPhone 3GS, 4S and a 5S, they were great phones at that time with great features and build quality. Now, what Apple offers, it just can't compete. iOS got behind Android IMHO. Design-wise they just can't get anything right. iOS got some new features, but usabilty-wise it's the same, with the same limitations. The only thing that Apple can offer me it's a couple micro-seconds less when starting apps. I got a Galaxy S7 (not the Edge version) and I'm more than satisfied with it. I used both iOS and Android in the last years and I just can't use iOS as a primary device because of its limitations. I still own a 5S as a secondary device, it's just better than a Nokia 105 which used to be in its place, with only worse battery life. (Forgot to mention, couple months ago I got a new 5S thanks my 2 year warranty, because the first one broke. Yes, iPhones do that. Pretty often even.)
Anon, 24 Aug 2016changing the resolution is one of the features.. don't you get it? ahahaaOf course i get it but mentioning it like braggin is so so ridiculous. Again why would i want that? My iPhone already runs everything perfectly smooth and Superfast ;)
By the way, lowering that res with note 7 not going to do any good for you performance wise, sorry if you didnt knew this :( your note 7 still going to have bad framerates and lag and lets not forget just overall slow phone :)
Anon, 24 Aug 2016changing the resolution is one of the features.. don't you get it? ahahaaAnd not all features are useful, yeah, I get it.
DOFK, 24 Aug 2016the sheeps only buy the outdated iphone , not all people .the most are switching to Android ye... moreTypical sheepdroid who doesnt have any clue what he's talking about. Apple is winning the high end market And thats only place where they want to be, it doesnt matter if 30 neverbeard android companies selling their cheap lowend phones and growing that marketshare. They wouldnt be potential iPhone buyers anyway.
Apple userbase keeps growing and growing thats why their services and appstore just made huge record profits.
