AnonD-572359, 25 Aug 2016No dude ! VR is over rated and some features aswell but touchscreen is the best invention ever... moreSo in order E71 then E72 then E6
Just when Nokia ditched Symbian because although propriety and OWNED by Nokia, it was a MONSTER to write any code for it in the touchscreen environment
IOS / Android/ BB OS/ Windows are ALL suited for Touchscreen Symbian..... not
Nokia went to Windows announcing Symbiam death.
I picked up a NEW.... NEW...Nokia E6 for a third of the cost to get the BB Bold 9900
The only fault is that it has a FIXED focus 8Mp camera E71 & E72 autofocus
Fixed focus mean NO QR or bar code reading ability
Purely as a 3G phone and second phone great
My E6 is my MP3 player all my music is on the SD card so avoiding battery use on my
UNDER 50 Y/O (ageist) touch screen
So no new updates but everthing is else is there including video call
I paid for my E6 these people just for turning up get a E71 FREE
and I bet most will be under 50
a nokia E71 body with android OS, good camera and fast processor....
Had i received that e71 i would have gladly kept it and forgotten about meizu's new phone, its gonna be one more addition to the chinese shit thats flooding the market anyways.
I just recently moved to Android phone (had tablets for years) from an E72 ... so far I'm hating Android as a phone ... so "OH MY GOD I HOPE SO"
(and I hope they fix the stupid address book of Android)
E72 Fan, 25 Aug 2016I'll stick to my E72 from 2009. At least that has a 3.5mm headphone jack!i never knew start 2010 , all phone dont have 3.5mm headphone jack
AnonD-572359, 25 Aug 2016How often it happens for a man to stand in rain to type a message ? I mean a man with no umbre... moreEver heard of Xperia..?
Yeah, they're in the water resistant field long before Galaxy(ies) were...
Also, the camera module supplier equipped on the S7s are from the manufacturer of these Xperia(s)...
Rain..? That's absolutely cute...
Maybe an Ester Egg from Nokia , since Nokia's China division are taking on the R&D for it's upcoming Phones. I think a collab with Meizu.
sowhat, 25 Aug 2016"contains a of the Nokia E71."
a replica? an actual device? someone proof read the auther a... moreOther news sites are reporting that it is indeed a real E71. Not replica. Not photo. Not model.
And, yes, my E71 still works. It sits in my basement. The battery is newer and likely still holds enough charge to fire up the phone. Maybe I should do that on the 5th.
I'll stick to my E72 from 2009. At least that has a 3.5mm headphone jack!
Hope it's a qwerty with Android. Btw they are using Nokia name to gain some publicity. Lol
I still have a working E71...not that you can do much on it these days. Built like a tank, battery that lasted for days, flexible Symbian OS, turn by turn nav. It was a marvelous device in its day. RIP Nokia.
AnonD-572359, 25 Aug 2016How often it happens for a man to stand in rain to type a message ? I mean a man with no umbre... moreRight, so from your conclusion everyone who owns a touch-screen phone owns a Samsung Galaxy S7, does not wait at bus stops without shelters, and can type on a large screen phone with one hand ?.
Well I'm sorry, but your retort is invalid.
