CursedLyon, 05 Sep 2016Yeah this is the thing that most of the people does not understandWhat are you on about mate ? a benchmark will show the CPU power and that's about it...regardles of the OS used. This is how fast the CPU can perform the operations requiered to achieve that score...And apple's single core performance has always pissed on competition... FACT...hence them be able to perform as good if not better than 4 cores or 8 cores ARM with their dual core one.
The latest mediatek SOC the Helio X25 with its 10 core processor could not reach a score of 2000 on the Geekbench single core test, The Apple 10 chip is really impressive to pass the 3000 mark in a single core test.
Crush them all, A10!
Lol jk, choose what suited you the most. If you've watched speedtest battle between two phones, I'm pretty sure that is not how you use your phone for most of the times. For daily use and gaming, exynos 8890 or SD 820 will do just fine at least for the next few years. But, yeah. A10 is gonna be a beast.
divis200, 05 Sep 2016Almost all flagships of 2016 have a better camera than your iPhone. And I have a Huawei not iPhone. Stop assuming things
divis200, 05 Sep 2016Almost all flagships of 2016 have a better camera than your iPhone. The S7, G5 and P9 are the only ones in my eyes that have better cameras than the iPhone.
Tom-Helge, 05 Sep 2016Samsung is way ahead of Apple when it's about screens and design to :-)
And also, incase so... moreyou sir showed that you dont know anything about smartphones work,
single core performence is the most importent when it comes to the speed, thats why even sd improved the single core performence on sd820.
dont belive me?
just search "iphone 6s speed test" on youtube
UnKnown-original, 05 Sep 2016Note 7, HTC 10 (Not sure), and V20 (for sure), I don't think you can use "only" here. V20 ain't out yet
divis200, 05 Sep 2016Almost all flagships of 2016 have a better camera than your iPhone. We can wait on that for iPhone 7 to come on 7 Sep
UnKnown-original, 05 Sep 2016Note 7, HTC 10 (Not sure), and V20 (for sure), I don't think you can use "only" here. For taking the shot instantly,no one beats the iphone!
If you had the time for fidling with the settings(exposure etc),some of the afforementioned phones are better.Still if you frame for what you like, and the final result without any hassle iphone still wins.
Even note 7 performance with exynos is very pathetic
IPhone 7 going to crush those android devices so badly
Other manufacturers can't learn apple what to do with chipset. Apple knows best what to offer
their costumers and in the end numbers are nothing. Looking to the iphone 7 with 2gb of ram handling better than any other smartphone currently running with 4 and even 6gb of ram ;)
The iphone will always be better in benchmarks because ios is very light since there are no features and customizations to slow it down.
Android due to excessive features and customizations is heavy and requires more processing power and ram.
So untill Apple decides to allow more customizations and feature on iphones the iphone will always perform well in benchmarks.
LG superfan, 05 Sep 2016Camera is where android phones are ahead of apple not by much but aheadSamsung is way ahead of Apple when it's about screens and design to :-)
And also, incase someone wonder. The multi-core power is as much important as the single-core power.
