LOL, Leave any of your phone in car under sun when its locked and there is good chance that it explodes. STUPID CUSTOMERS
This is a pathetic story. Yeah, I'm sorry the guy has lost his car, but FFS it clearly states in the article that this happened "a few days" AFTER Samsung issued the recall! I sure as hell would not be using a device of any manufacturer after it had been subject to a recall - they don't recall these things for nothing, and are reluctant to do so due to the negative press they will generate. But Samsung are strong and will bounce back from this. But sorry dude, as the recall had already been made, this one is your own fault.
AnonD-507364, 09 Sep 2016Stupid question. S7 edge is more expensive than HTC 10, let alone the overheating explosive ... morephone is more expensive Only because the edges...and just a little bit.. Samsung Overprices its products even dough they are quality bad. Have you ever had an HTC ONE M7, M8 or M9 in your hands?

Come on, it's been published all over... morejust as u said in th "US" which is apple territory it only makes sense tht this story wud spread like wildfire,(no pun intended) only in th USA so as to help boost th newly released iphone7 sales,it is a bullshit story anyway, i hv samsung products washing machine,3d tv,fridge, monitor, bluray, light bulbs etc, this will neva make me stop loving sumsung ,just as much as bendgate, and antenna gate neva stopd people buying iphones, preach ol th hate u want, samsung does it for me anyday ,they shud probably think of making video game consoles as well lol
Its funny how people are aware of this issue and still want it.If it was another brand this phone would have already flopped.
Well this should teach Samsung a lesson, or two.
Hope the next Note will have removable battery.

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2016Lol I stopped buying shamesung product since their first tablet gave a really bad experience w... morePreach bro! if your into iOS then go for iPhone if Android then go for Sony, these two are the only manufacturer that build quality phones. Others are just gimmick that either lags or explodes as days go by.
Perhaps because of the weather its summer and the temp inside the car is raise and also when he left his phone on car was on charging mode it heat up and probably increase and cause explosion. Most android heat up fast, and need to shut / turn off the phone while charging in car think or turn on the air con.
