Practically a real overclock, probably not too dangerous but better buy the real Prime edition. The difference is not big.
AnonD-428442, 10 Sep 2016Depends on the market. In Singapore, Xiaomi is selling this for almost $450USD, which is ridiculous.Ever consider buying from your cheaper neighboring country. That place got a lot of cheap branded phones. Singapore is ridiculously expensive.
Iris, 10 Sep 2016You kidding, right? No hes not. If u compare its pecs and price with Iphone 7 this phone is waaaaaay better

Just like my prime minister, take 10% of my sallary and than talking about sallary rising, this is not overclock, this back to normal :D

Overpriced? Seriously? You can get it for 270$ and say it's overpriced? It's just a 64gb model. Gsmarena are you smoking?
Where is Xiaomi Mi5s?
I'm a little concerned, all this ROM tampering by those resellers usually messes the device up.
Anonymous, 10 Sep 2016Iphone 7 killer.not really
I like this
Anonymous, 10 Sep 2016It's an overclocked (back to standard) version from the underclocked variant Lol, exactly! It's hilarious how they under-clocked the first version just to sell the regular one as a special edition. The CPU underclock, I wouldn't mind as its good for battery life, but RAM is pointless.

AnonD-554260, 10 Sep 2016Does get LTE on any carriers in the US? The Mi5 supports band 1/3/5/7/38/39/40/41
AT&T uses 2/4/17
T-Mobile uses 2/4/12
So no, no LTE for US. Heck, the Mi5 doesn't even support band 8 that is used by some providers in SE Asia.
It's cheap for a reason.
Mi5's B20 can't be unlocked, but somebody tryed. Some power issues. This phone is not worth the money, because clocks can depend on ROM, so bloat and freeze version of this we have to have. Better is buy "64" or wait for real overclocked version called Mi5s. It's comming soon!
AnonD-554441, 10 Sep 2016That's not overclocking. That's standard clocking the underclocked. It's an overclocked (back to standard) version from the underclocked variant
Iphone 7 killer.
