i hope Samsung learned their lesson and design the next Galaxy Note with user-removable battery.
So once the batteries get fixed .. it should still be the awesome and cool looking phone isn't it ?????? .. why don't haters get that ??? ... look at new LG v20 .. that phone is one ugly looking device. Note 7 is still the best phone !! planning to get one during thanksgiving !!
ssbatman21, 11 Sep 2016this poll was unfair.
we have no way of knowing that how many of the voters were voting with ... moreYou are right.
Not only Note7 users were voting here.
But you should thake this poll more like: Most of the ppl are supporting Samsung and Note7, even after media bashing.
And that Note7 could be the most selling phone when come back.
Only die hard ifans were voting against Note7. Right?
Anonymous, 12 Sep 2016Samsung already had a battery recall in China over exploding batteries. They also have explod... moreLol the poor lawsuit vultures are coming out the woodwork, they'll do anything to siphon some money out of a billion dollar multinational company. I mean what's a few million or ten to them anyway right as long as we all get a few tiny crumbs of that tasty pie. Come lets all sue Samsung in a class action lawsuit sounds like a good waste of time, money, resources lol
AnonD-491313, 11 Sep 2016Sure, sure.It's not, then pray-tell who is?
SarcasmIncarnate, 11 Sep 2016At least Samsung is recalling all Note 7 units ever made . What would Apple do ? It would just... moreLOL. What does this have to do with Apple?
If I'm a Samsung customer, and after I paid top dollars for their highest end phone, to be given a cheap budget phone as a "loaner," that would be insulting. In Singapore, Samsung is giving people "$30" voucher to spend in Samung stores as compensation. That's just low. Samsung wants to be a premium brand, but they cannot even treat their premium customers well.
This is why Samsung is being taken over by the Chinese OEMs. They can offer most of the hardware with fractions of the cost. Paying premium for Samsung is losing its value. Might as well save the money and grab some Asus, Lenovo, OPPO, or Xiaomi. Same Android phone, same internals, much much cheaper.
Actually it is no longer a shocker since this site is swarmed by Samsung fanboys.
Samsung has really a setback this year that cost them a lot. I like the note7's seamless design anyway.
AnonD-312515, 11 Sep 2016That's true, haters rarely mention the iPhone's explosive past, whereas the Note series had a ... moreSamsung already had a battery recall in China over exploding batteries. They also have exploding refrigerators and washing machines.
the galaxy note 7 is finish its like a bomb we will wait Note 8 hhhhhhhhh
ssbatman21, 11 Sep 2016this poll was unfair. we have no way of knowing that how many of the voters were voting with ... moreoh, and to make it more fair, I didn't vote on the poll since I don't own a note 7 but I like to read the comments sometimes ^_^
ssbatman21, 11 Sep 2016this poll was unfair. we have no way of knowing that how many of the voters were voting with ... morenot to make fun or anything, but not only complicated but also impractical, I rarely log in from my phone rather than pc so I don't get to comment in any post? also, this is free speech, anyone can say anything (respecting tos obvios) no need on restraining, if u think the poll was unreliable just don't take it in consideration ^_^ have a good day
this poll was unfair.
we have no way of knowing that how many of the voters were voting with the hyphothetical 'if i had it' and how many wer actual note 7 users.
i hav an idea, i dont know how practical that would be so please dont start making fun of me.
gsmarena website should hav a smartphone identification system which indicates which smartphone is being used to post comments.
not only the present phone but the previous ones too....
so only authenticate users should be allowed to participate in the poll....
for eg: if abc123 has logged in on gsmarena using s3,s4,s5,lg g2, g3 etc etc then his user id should be tagged with those phones. the polls related to the smartphones which he has used should be the only one in which he can participate.
and a seperate review section too from authenticated users
Anonymous, 11 Sep 2016Recall was the right thing to do but they didn't do it for the fans but to save their own skin. For countries where were sold Notes7 with the defective batteries you are right. But for countries like US were the batteries are OK it was goodwill
AnonD-491313, 11 Sep 2016Yeah, its so stupid. First his argument is wrong about exploding Iphones, because this is the ... moreExaggeration much? The only reason it's generating this much news coverage and overreaction is because Samsung is the current and undisputed market leader.
