well thing is in USA people love to sue.. I bet after it was known that Samsung phones had that kind of defect some people tried to intentionally blow it, while people in Canada probably just returned their phones.. in the end it doesn't helps Samsung's faulty product in any way of course.
Akinaro, 13 Sep 2016If USA citizens start to think, and start to use their devices with responsibility, there woul... moreManufacturers should make the phones so that they do not break during normal use, bending and dropping and using it in the sun and...!
While playing a heavy graphic game if the phone gets warm you can call it overheating and note 7 is doing more than overheating. Using word overheat won't reduce the heat on Samsung.
And to think we were all told we were being cynical or haters when we said we bet there are more than the 35 units Samsung stated. I, along with many others I suspect, didn't believe that number then and we were proved right. Just because something is not confirmed by Samsung does not mean it did hot happen.
Akinaro, 13 Sep 2016If USA citizens start to think, and start to use their devices with responsibility, there woul... moreBut they also treat every other phone like that so this argument is invalid. Samsung is a company which sells millions of devices, such a thing should not come up. I mean, you pay a grand for a phone and it explodes. That's pathetic
If USA citizens start to think, and start to use their devices with responsibility, there would be way less problems, and Im not talking only about Samsung(so dont stick to that part).
I saw lots of time how they threat phones. Leaving it on direct sun, in car. Using it in wet/humid environment. Bend it, throw it. And especially using damaged chargers, and especially car chargers...
Every human life and safety is valuable. Even if it is 1 in million, it still cannot be ignored.
so in canada 22k defective phones were sold and one report of over heating? i think the ppl are not issuing or not telling when the phone over heats untill they catch fire? anyways, so in the US the amount has doubled, ppl shouldn't be using them or taking measures at least untill it's replaced
