Apparently Samsung will release an ota and prevent the phone from even charging beyond 60% for those who refuse to get the device replaced.

Realizing how inaccurate the IMEI checker was, they took it off and redirect the link to Support Page.
While I applaud them for attempting their best on the recall, this goes back to what everyone stated; replaceable battery.
This phone is the "bomb" of the year, the best you can have with so much money, but it's great because it has fireworks function, this makes me so happy :)))
