IPhone is THE most dreadful device currently on the market. Swap a phone for a new one is easy, how many iPhone users have done that? lol. Getting that stupid iOS to work the way you like, is impossible.

Have they tested the phone before shipping to customers ?
Not just doing lab tests but using in daily life for days to make sure everything is fine ?

HeartGold69, 14 Sep 2016and thats why i buy iphone always, the only phone without any problemsBut you own an s7 edge and a note 7. That's what you said last time at least.

But iPhones have blown up on planes during flight. Even with the note 7 we have yet to see something like that with Samsung devices.

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2016Samsung is too big to fail sure they have been hurt but will recuperate in a few months they a... moreOh yes, monetarely speaking, Samsung has thousands of departments and also is one of Asias, one of the world aswell, most important companies. 21 billion is well, very little for them. Samsung appliances, Tvs and computer parts will always sell well, but Smartphones, that will be something the most skeptical will never get over, which is sad.

Spend $800 on a phone that can only use half of the battery. What a mess.

Samsung is desperate, why not just man up and deactivate all the phones. You were threatening people with it before this shenanigan.

andrewuna, 13 Sep 2016Seriously? Samsung wants people to use a phone with a 60 percent charge capacity? Are they mad... moreNo, they are doing it to make ppl turn in their phones. Ppl are lazy and need motivation to turn their phone in. It's not that they are purposely trying to f*ck u over. They already did that when you forked over the money to buy the phone in the first place.
They just don't want to get sued and completely go out of business.

Flagship smartphone, when fully charged, it only has 60% battery.

Samsung must provide free power banks to all Note 7 users.

Seriously? Samsung wants people to use a phone with a 60 percent charge capacity? Are they mad or something? Why would anyone wanna buy this? Note 7 has already made a history, an awful history for itself and Samsung, nobody will ever trust Samsung again.
