Moto does not claim to be best in the world and have best user experience.
Funny how ihaters and the media are so vocal about lack of headphone jack while the same people did not say anything (or barely) about the moto z when it was released before iphone 7 with no headphone jack. Double standard hypocrites make me laugh. Personally, i dont like the removal of headphone jack (just the dvd standard before it), but i know that with time, it'll be inevitable.
Gibbs-kamhagh, 18 Sep 2016Adapters are annoying. If I had to buy it I would just use the included! And wireless headphon... moreThen how about the cable? You just make an excuse man. Just plug the earphone/headphone jack and the adapter stay along then you will never be annoyed with the adapter.
Anonymous, 18 Sep 2016Moto Z nobody knows. Not even Android users. They only know iPhone 7 lacks it. And they are... moreIts because it's a Verizon exclusive for now once it hits larger masses people will know.
Let's face it. They've made another mistake. Removing mini jack and switching it to digital lightning did not work out as Apple hoped for. It's an awkward solution, that makes the sound quality even worse (granted, most people probably can't tell the difference, because it is marginal, but it is there). You can look it up on YT. People compared 6S with jack and 7 with lightning, using professional equipment they measured audio output quality and 7 came out short compared to its predecessor. And please don't mention adapter, firstly...what? And secondly - yeah, you can keep using your old headphones, but you still go through the lightning connector, so the result in audio quality is still the same. And it's way too early for the wireless tech to take place of analog audio. Since Tim Cook took over, every year Apple is either too late or too early, never getting it right on time.
Anonymous, 18 Sep 2016Lets be honest , most people who voted analog doesnt have enough money to buy iphone 7 , and m... moreUm, in my country there are interest-free monthly payments for phones from carriers. And phones aren't even carrier-branded and often aren't locked to them as well. So no matter how much they cost, I just don't care about iProducts - their OS's aren't for my taste.
The phone is not even thinner than the Iphone 6 thus they removed the headphone jack.
They should've made 2 versions one with and one without the headphone jack so they can sell evenly. to the people would like to go wireless and to the ones that like ananlog.
I own the Bose QC35 and they sound good and the battery life is fantastic and for other days one can buy regular wireless headphones...*not expensive for gym and so on.
Anonymous, 18 Sep 2016You do know that there is also a Android-phone without the 3,5mm-plug? Moto Z, anyone?nobody care about that ... because its not apple ...

They only know iPhone 7 lacks it. And they are doing their best to show legacy plug is the best in the world.
Anonymous, 18 Sep 2016Lets be honest , most people who voted analog doesnt have enough money to buy iphone 7 , and m... moreNot necessarily. I live in UK, and I can easily afford it, but I'm not going to do it, simply because Apple has lost everything, that made it stand out. Don't get me wrong, those are still decent devices, but I can't ignore the fact, that those are the most expensive mobile phones in the world. With that being said, they have literally nothing to justify that ridiculous prices, because many other companies proved, that all this and more can be done for 30% less (and I'm not talking about Chinese brands). Same goes to Samsung. When S7 and S7 Edge came out, it just made me laugh. Again, decent device, ridiculous price. They know fans will still pay, they're not gonna eat for a week, but they will buy their new "shiny" toy. I'm not a fan of that, and I never will be. Now I am considering S7, because the price went down to £450 here, but I'm never gonna pay more than 500 for a phone, unless it'll be making me a breakfast every day and will bring it to my bed. Value for the money above buying new toy, just so I can show off.
