Alien_Hunter, 18 Sep 2016Let me guess. You are an iphone user right?Wrong. A quick search of his history shows he uses Android.
Anonymous, 18 Sep 2016The only person who has poor logical thinking skills is you, I'm not defending the product, it... moresamsung has had battery problem from a long time , there are few samsung phones had problems not this major it was more of battery expanding problem. They did nothing about it . This is karma I guess .
Anonymous, 17 Sep 2016Darn It someone did before I could once I heard about Exploding phones I thought instantly Law... moreAny explosion happening AFTER the warning and recall are not applicable for lawsuits. It can be assumed that the user purposedly let their Note7 explode for the sake of suing Samsung deliberately. This lawsuits is one of the few first cases of explosion before the recall so, Samsung is responsible to pay damages.
Alien , 18 Sep 2016Looks like the end is near for Shamesung and it's all thanks to Nuclear 7 :)) Everyone I know... moreIt doesn't work that way. Not even Wolksvagen are likely to go under, and they deliberately cheated their customers. When the dust has settled, this will just be another product recall. Last month, it was an electric heater and a fish puzzle, this month it's a phone and next month there will be something else.
For the record, while a number of phones has burned and fractured - which, obviously, is *very* bad - has any single device actually *exploded*, as this and many other headlines says?
I thought that samsung is being hasty with Note7. Their S7 and S7 Edge is in the moment of glory and suddenly just in a few month they launch note7 which I think both is basically the same just differ in size and S-Pen. So when Samsung make adjustment with Note7 it turns out not fully compatible yet bring disaster to the device and the users. This will be a big lesson for Samsung and they must learn and take it hard so they can improve and get better in the future.
Making mountain of an Mole,so what, by next Month everything will be crystal clear. Then shortage of coral blue colour, Life goes on!
Im a Sami fan but people think a little bit:
How much suffereing from Samu batteries we had? Since Note 1 Im having trouble with their battery working right. Even I bought their 10K mAmps powerbank and guess what? The fast charging stopped. The seller on evay sent me another one and the fast charging didnt even bother to work.
This year's upgrade was a crap. We passed on the Note 5, and I had to pass on the 7. Hopefully its a wake up call. Im waiting for LeEco

Everyone I know... moreA company recalls its product to make it safe for people , even telsa , maruthi also called their Cars that were solved without flaw..
It doesnt means it ends the company
The worse things become the better the Next generation will be.
Lets see where it goes!

They identified it and did a mass recall, what more can a company do. Please look at the history of recalls, it happens with every product. Cars, electronics, food, etc. AGAIN please use some logic.

If a company wants there customers to patronize their ... moreRecalls happen all the time throughout history... look at the car industry for one, they identify a flaw in their product and do a mass recall. It is nothing new. Again your argument is flawed, are you saying that recalls never happen?
Looks like the end is near for Shamesung and it's all thanks to Nuclear 7 :))
Everyone I know owning a Shamesung either sold their phones or plan on selling them. They're all scared it will explode in their pocket or while talking to it.
I wouldn't use one even if they payed me!
I sincerely hope this is the end of non removable batteries.
I don't care if my phone looks slightly less smooth.
I am willing to bet that Samsungs succes is mainly because of having all the right features that people want, instead of forcing the public to accept what you think they want. A removable battery is one of these things and now they got burned for trying to imitate the bad practices of others.
Anonymous, 17 Sep 2016Removable battery? They never heard of Powerbank? unbelievable......Powerbank is not a replacement for removable battery. Powerbanks is not supposed you should charge your phone everyday. It generates plenty of heat.
Note7 is no longer the best all-around smartphone of 2016. Neither is S7 edge or iPhone 7+. Belongs to the LG V20.
Both Samsung and Apple tried so hard to get ahead of each other this year, both ended up disappointing. It's a nice wake up call for Samsung (unfortunately some people had to get hurt). I won't even mention new iPhone, so many wrongs with it. Guess the 2 top dogs in the mobile world got a bit too full of themselves. Can't help but seeing a Nokia syndrome, and they really learned the hard way. Will be interesting to see the market share at the beginning of the next year.
Anonymous, 17 Sep 2016Here is some basic logic, a device has been recalled due to safety reasons. If you are a logic... moreHere is some basic marketing principle. If a company wants there customers to patronize their product and indeed "care" about their customer's safety, they should not have release a faulty product and tested it multiple times before selling them.
If Samsung is so big and very rich, then releasing a finished and "explosion-free" product should not be a problem and a recall wouldn't have been made to this faulty devices in the first place. It's a shame that you are still defending Samsung even it is as clear as day that it is their fault to begin with. And you are blaming a victim for buying your precious Samsung's product?
You even said something about logic and I just realized how poor your logical thinking skill is.
