I like the Android updating without stupid waiting, but the hardware was always so cheesy and inferior compared to competition it just never made even into a broad selection, let alone narrow selection in the end... Most of these Google phones look inferior technologically even to my ancient Galaxy S2 that's collecting dust in one of my closets...
AnonD-510098, 19 Sep 2016It's makes it a kind of bezel. No its different probably called border
Regular Google Pixel 32gb will start at 649$
Just wonder how much XL will be? Also take note that only 32/128gb versions available.
Also take a note that Google Pixel will have dual boot whih takes more space, so expect to have about 16 gb free space after taking Pixel 32 gb. So the only variant is 128 gb.
Google is really changing their game and going to price it just like iphone.

LG superfan, 19 Sep 2016On screen buttons make bezel bigger?Kinda, because when you do certain tasks on your phone... Like using chrome... It shows the ugly black bars at bottom
Wanna know how to make a hideous phone even uglier? Rip off a Chinese phone, of course!
LG superfan, 19 Sep 2016On screen buttons make bezel bigger? It doesnt. Actually, I would make on screen buttons to hide after a press... Like swiping up from the bottom to show navigation keys and then click on any button u need and it will hide again. With this, i have no issues. But i am using old samsung smartphone, i like hardware buttons.
If it turn out to be true, this Samsung-ish home button would be controversial eye-catch.
But if it doubles fingerprint sensor as well as one on the back, I'm totally happy with it.
It'd be nice to have fingerprint reader on both side of the phone..! because one on the back is more ergonomic when you grab the phone, while front-facing one would be better when you put the phone on the table.
It'll be awesome, as long as it comes in affordable price range..
Anonymous, 19 Sep 2016iPhone? Then what should design smartphone to be? Nokia Comunnicator? C'mon!Yes Nokia communicator and end this boring slab phones.
I am pretty sure google aren't even considering to include the home button. If they do, they might as will put fingerprint sensor, so that people can choose between front or back sensor
I like the home button in the front.. the season Sony phone not popular bcuz it doesn't have home button to wake the phone..
It is a totally groundless guess about the phone. The lens and camera will be as large as the last year's. Definitely not these small cameras. Hopefully it follows the same design footprints as the last year's. I cant wait to buy one of them
lets wait apple fanboys type 'looks like iphone'. NO, IT DOESNT, CMON.
From the front it looks more like some kind of htc device, not samsung...
Pixel WILL NOT have hardware front buttons, calm down.
There are a lot of cases already for pixel in amazon, and some of them even will be delivered by sep 20th..
Just calm down, front panels are good leak, and happy about device how it looks.
