lx10 is a sweet pocket camera (f1.4 to f2.8 speed with zoom), although the bridge cameras' zoom is massive.
these are big sensor cameras (vs phone sensors) and will offer epic photo quality and smooth bokeh.
the sharpness I have seen earlier LX cameras achieve is insane, combined with 3cm macro..! My phone sensor will be my goto as my phone is ingress protected... otherwise I would much enjoy the LX10 as a 'daily shooter'.
6k ??? yes , most high end and some entry level cameras record 4k and panasonicis the best for cameras in videos for non videocameras but , its too more for 6k recording and one year more and make 8k ?? too enough nobody needs shooting 6k .
I don't think it can "record 6K 30fps video" (with audio)
From the 4th source:
"The GH5 will also provide a 6K Photo mode that will extract 18MP stills from burst footage, or 8MP stills from 60p 4K clips".
"6K PHOTO is a high speed burst shooting function that cuts a still image out of a 4:3 or 3:2 video footage with approx.18-megapixel (Approx.6000 x 3000 effective pixel count) that 6K image manages. The name 6K PHOTO is tentative."
Lx10, interested in seeing its dimensions, hopefully it's pocketable. Hopefully it's reliable =\ as Panasonic point and shoots tend to have issues after a few months.
G85 looks great, weather sealing, finally! They needed to compete with Olympus somehow (Gx8 has it but still, not the best camera).
