I recently updated one womans desire 816 from 5.0.2 to 6.0.1
it has sd400 and 1,5gb ram

with marshmallow it runs very ery smoothly, a very nice experience...

however this does not justify putting the same chip in a brand new phone and give it 3 gb of ram.... thats dissapointing... it should be 415+. I mean its not even 410

Anonymous, 20 Sep 2016Have any of you tried Is Desire 825? It has SD400 and goes perfectly, there is a slight slowdo... moreHave you tried Redmi 1s? It has sd400 ( 1gb ram) and being used smoothly from past 2+ years. Paid just 6000 INR.

HTC desire 825 released few months back with 2gb ram and price tag of some 18k INR.

Prime difference is screen size and camera resolution.but that doesn't mean that tag to jump by 3 times.

With sane mind no one will like to spend 3 times just for brand name.

Even today Redmi gives HTC a tough time at half the ram.
Give it a try before you comment.

Have any of you tried Is Desire 825? It has SD400 and goes perfectly, there is a slight slowdown in some games, or very heavy processes.

HTC people need to understand that good exterior with poor hardware has no buyers. Specially when Xiaomi and other affordable players in market have much better to offer at much competitive prices.

I'd take the Desire 10 Pro straight away if it had a 5"screen. No matter what size the bezels are 5.5" makes it harder to use with one hand.

My ZenFone Max from 2015 is almost better in every way. Only thing that makes the Desire 10 Lifestyke is the 3GB RAM option. Everything else is better on my device. What is this HTC? If at least you had included a fingerprint scanner and BoomSound stereo front speakers for both of the devices, then these two would've sell more

Dear HTC please fire your marketing team and whoever gives u idea to make this stupid devices.
HTC 10 should have been priced within 30k with snapdragon 820 not 652 and this models should be priced less than 10k .I don't think even 1000 pices of htc 10 sold in INDIA .

I dont think anyone in their sane minds would buy a phone with over 3 year old chipset that too 4xx series. Only if the price is sub-$100 for Lifestyle it is buyable even that I doubt.

It should've been atleast 425/430/61X chipset for Lifestyle and 650/652 for the Pro.

People who make these decisions at HTC are the dumbest people .They will ruin the company in such a way.The formula is to get back in the game ,not to get out of it
