I guess you live out of earth :))) Maybe on the Mars :)))
Or you have never seen any Xiaomi product yet :))) Hahahahahahah...
You made me laugh so much.... Thanks...
still waiting for 4gb ram and 32/64 storage version , and how android 7 will be like with Miui .
i know 2gb is GOOD enough for a small phone like the sony compacts but a phone with 4-4.5" display with specs of this mi pro note whatever would be so epic and would go for like so so many years.
this is why we i never wanted op, xiaomi, and other oems: they push the smartphone world farther than what it should be. 8gb or ram is overkill when not all oems have adopted 6 gb. in the next 2 months, we might see a 10 gb of ram phone. after that, any oems that releases a phone with less than 10 gb of ram, will be bashed because it lacks the 'wow' factor that the cheaper alternative has and then, the spec improvement game begins again which will make devices more costly. we all know that we want cheaper phones

And most people talk about the future proof of that amount of memory... but they forgot about the SoC and how it can get old quite fast.
Top notch specs, but one thing saddens me (stock Android) ....gone forever
Kudick, 20 Sep 2016It's getting ridiculous, who needs 8gb of ram? i mean, even 1+3 with 6gb, only uses 3gb in a d... moreEven fruit company said why need 2 GB RAM when 1 GB is perfectly fine to run apps, now they released a phone with 3 GB RAM!!!
Let the technology advance rather than stagnant where it is.... Hope you never understand because to understand this brains are essentially required
G2-USER, 20 Sep 2016we need more battery !!!!! Yep. For 5.7 screen, at least 4500 mah. And REMOVABLE. For anything more than $200 (And yet they do just the opposite. The more expensive, the more disposable...)
Xiaomi phone has lots of hardware and software problems, would xiaomi fix them?

Displays, cpus, ram amount - these things have long been good enough already.
Jeezz.. people are asking for more ram and storage. And now they are asking what to do with the extra? Get real!
0, 20 Sep 2016on paper the best spec ive ever seen..but lets go to reality, same from other models.. the bui... moreI'm not sure what 8GB is going to be useful for myself but Xiamoi build a killer device to last 1.5 years. Build quality of their flagship devices is very high. Clad in lvl 6 to lvl 8 scratch resistant glass or ceramic and the best parts from the best manufacturers to put it simple, you should research a little. Just their camera for regular day time photos is frequently comes out on top over all other device in reputable reviews. I hope between Nougat and Andronium this will make the perfect mobile PC. After all it's bound to be far more powerful than my current Macbook Air; and with double the storage and Ram.
