I think the real reason there is no memory card slot is security. The phones own memory is fully crypted.

Czech your local nokia.com site? No, thanks, the Czech Nokia is terrible. They was still telling that "they don't know when the N8 will be released and noone in the world know it yet" in the time when it was already selling in the world.

Besides this is an enterprise phone specially made for office use, security and durability. Desire HD is more in the toy department.

I'm sure some Nokia dude said it had 48GB on board - hence no SD slot for more

nice phone.
love the feature pack, huge screen, keyboard, but it has it's downsides too... huge, heavy... and no autofocus :(. the autofocus part is the no-go for me.
