HTC desire HD was the only HTC phone I've owned. This company just doesn't seem to make any sense to me. They should try making universal remote controls or something.

Htc always says even apple copy its antena lines etc but that is just lol. Now lack of jack what remembers iphone 7?
Anonymous, 21 Sep 2016Please don't call it iPhone7 way. You know very well that Aplle weren't the first ones to remo... moreBut the thing is ,other phones did it because of the rumors saying that apple is going to remove them.
Shazzy B, 22 Sep 2016Yeah, and it keeps the turbulence from popping my ears too XDi got the sony GTK-XB7 speaker :) love the sound from it :) also bt and can use cable too :)

This is a terrible trend. Apple can afford to this do. HTC isn't very hot right now, they already charge too much for their phones (and the unspectacular upcoming the Pixel phones), now without headphone jack, they are going to lose more customers.

Zenodroid, 22 Sep 2016their new noise cancelling ones ? I'm usually just concerned about the sound quality, which is great, but the noise isolation is good, since I'm currently using the wired versions, the XB950AP set.
comeback, 21 Sep 2016I wouldn't be surprised that Samsung start removing their audio jack, innovative? maybe. No way for that to happen. Yes, they're rich but it is stupid idea. Unless Samsung Gear series comes in the box. Gear Circle, Samsung Level or Gear IconX. One of those need to be freebies for them to get rid of the ear jack. If not, the answer is a big NO!
Shazzy B, 21 Sep 2016That's £115 over here then... I guess if I had to get some BT headphones, I'd get Sony's... moretheir new noise cancelling ones ?
Fair play to HTC. They can also see that Bluetooth headsets outsold wired headsets last year & are moving with the times!
Also, FANDROIDS, don't forget that yes, Apple was rumoured to be removing the 3.5mm jack, Motorola/Lenovo where the first to ACTUALLY remove it!
Looks exactly the same as the HTC 10? This will flop, wtf is HTC doing here?
Stick to one per year HTC!!! FFS, Two at max.
All these behaviours will make apple right on removing 3.5mm jack. How stupid pr departments of these companies.
God apple is like a virus
Doest it confirmed to remove the 3.5 or not im wondering.
Unless they can fit even better internals to replace the space left by the missing jack, then its a rather wasted exercise anyway.
no no no htc please dont do that just dont
