Three are the only UK network offering unlimited 4G data, the cheapest unlimited plan gives you unlimited 4G data for £23 a month, if I remember correctly it was previously £20. That doesn't include the claimed unlimited calls either though.
Alternatively Giffgaff give you "unlimited" everything for £20 a month but after 6GB you are subjected to extreme throttling.
