Anonymous, 05 Oct 2016why not mi5s plus ?My LG G2 has 5.2 inch screen and I find this size to be nearly perfect. 5.5 inches and above is a little too wide for me. I'm trying to adapt, but it feels weird in my hand, impossible to operate with one hand. You know, when you're holding something in one hand and trying to answer a call with another... I learned to answer calls with my nose xD
Lol overpriced as hell. Hope it flops like the Nexus 5x and becomes supercheap.
AnonD-190141, 05 Oct 2016You're trolling. Who beats HTC in design? I have a plastic HTC phone, dropped it severally, no... moreI had Htc One! which was supposed to be the best device made by Htc !! and it just stopped working suddenly because the motherboard just failed! their customer service in US sucks! they fixed he phone and sent it to me back with dents!! btw the is losing the market and the htc one motherboard fail is common problem! So I'm not trolling check before you judge!
Google is following Apple's foot steps..Ugly design and expensive prices. I wish NOKIA is still around.
Millions, billions of dollars of R&D, so many Android designs already out in the market, and they still insist on copying the iPhone? Truly embarrassing. Some nice touches here and there, but the brain just refuses to be wowed.
Daydream is nice.
By its pricing Anyone in the world can easily say ,"It's Made by HTC"
Yuri84, 04 Oct 2016Goodbye, Pixel (XL). It was nice knowing you. I'll forever remember the 10 minutes I spent stu... moreya i know, its nice to learn more about Pixel and Pixel XL even that phone is cant release here, too expensive, distributor guarantee, No one will gift me that and i dont have enough money to buy.
Dint expect this magnitude of badness from Google this time. I mean seriously, look at the design and that 1970s' back, those bezels (now hopeless Sony trolls wont say a word on those bezels i reckon), those antenna lines (Which Apple took centuries to remove finally they 'thought' of something to get rid of those ugly lines passing through visible back) and AMOLEDs? not everyone is a fan of AMOLED screens, htc should've used their own Super LCD which is way better than AMOLEDs. Last but not the least, that price though, i mean, i remember the time of Nexus 4/5 when we used to say if you want a fast budget friendly phone, go for a Nexus. Now they have started running in the Premium Price game but hey Google, for that price, you need to have a premium looking phone to deliver as well, even Huawei has made better looking phones this time. Apart from the Vanilla Android experience, both of those phones will be sh*t.
just add circle home button, boom. you have iphone 6 with android inside. sorry but the design just look iphonesque.
Resoundly beat Nexus 6P/angler's batt life or buy LeEco Le Pro 3. Easy.
AnonD-557355, 05 Oct 2016 Long live Google. Unlike Apple or Samsung, Google products actually influence life of billio... moreI hate it when Google Services needs to turn on though with our Android phones. I loved using Google services since 2000. But why do we need a phone by them other than for fast updates? You can always use Google in other platforms. Gmail, YouTube, Google Voice, and Maps can be used with any mobile browser for any platform. They don't have a real ecosystem. Anybody from iPhone users can use Google. What Google needs to target is hardware and retail stores
The Nexus brand is dead. :(RIP 2010-2016): Nexus 6P and 5X will be the last to carry the name.
These Pixels don't interest me except its Snapdragon 821. Nothing stands out for me. Design is bleh. *shrugs* Rather get a Note7 or V20.
Samsung just had a sigh of relief when the pricing was announced. At that price for the XL your better off getting a Note 7.
this phone is not going to sell well.
pricing is = to entry level iphone 7 and iphone 7 plus in Canada. Good luck with this google. Your advantage was an android phone that performed as well as android flag ships at half the price. At that price range, you are better off getting the note 7. the nexus 5 was great because it was stock at android at 300 bucks, and a nice screen decent design. Huge fail Google.
