Yes, and this technique will not void the warranty either. Recall doing something similar when I bought my first smartphone - HTC Desire (a8181). As it was purchased in the Middle East, it came with a host of Arabic (region-specific) applications including an annoying, automated prayer app that would go off five times a day! Set as a system app (Eclair), there was no way to uninstall it. Flashing an EU ROM did the trick, finally.
yeah morning folks...just a quick one.
in my country,Republic Of South Africa, the Xperia XZ is available for pre-order on three different carriers and all three have they're own unique bundles.
1st carrier- XZ with a smartwatch 3
2nd carrier-XZ with 12 free movies and an Xperia E4
3rd carrier- XZ with free Xperia XA
Please share ideas on which bundle would be cool...I really like the smartwatch but the 3rd deal also sounds COOL.

It won't void your warranty by flashing official ROM . And you can always flash it back .
