ithehappy, 11 Oct 2016This will cost them nothing but three years or something. It's not the cost that will worry them it's the black mark that will haunt them. To regain the trust is the main agenda! I sold my s7e to buy the n7 but after this issue i am scared to buy s7e back.
Ouch, that's a lot of money we're talking about!
Oh well, I'm sure Samsung already has a plan to solve their financial issues, but i'm not sure if they'll be able to handle their user base... Sure, many Sammy lovers will either go for the Galaxy, but many other will take Apple's, LG's and other companies high-end phablets. (those users may not return back (at least not for a year or 2) to Samsung after having all these re-call/trust/quality issues)
I think Samsung should remove their Note lineup altogether and make something new new next year. Would it work? No idea, but i'm sure it'd be a good strategy after all these exploding phones wearing the Note name.
What???? I can't bear this.. I mean the note series is just so legendary.... They should just do return to old note lineup... I mean people really loved s series for their change in design,.. but note series should have stuck with old hardware language. Battery doors, and leathery design. Note 5, and note 7, looks way too similar to s series.. Give us some choice !!! dammit !
it's will hurt samsung mobile depart.. but for overall profits...dun thinks it will damage their income..remember samsung is big ass conglomerate comp...hope they lower s7 price...;p
I hope that samsung do 2 things in the future: Make their manufactured devices much less and make their batteries safe and removable.
It would be sad to see the Note disappear; I got the first one 5 years ago in November. There is no way I would pick up an s7 now, knowing its successor will be here in a few months. Serve Samsung right, they should have made the customer base that made the Note line successful their priority. They've been getting it wrong since the Note 5. Note 8 maybe??
That's just a rough estimate,be a lot more than that down the road, love that word karma !
I'm guessing the S8+ will get a S pen and be a replacement for Note lovers. just my opinion.
